My list:
1.Toyota MR2 SW20(1991)
I already own one, goal is to slap a 2GR V6 into it and make it a budget lotus/NSX.
2.Acura RSX-S(2006)
I already own this one also. I track it at the moment but the goal is to go AWD turbo when it’s more than 25yrs old so I can get antique plates so it’s exempt from emissions.
3.New GR86/S2000 to be my permanent track car. I would Kswap them since I have alot of spares.
4.MK3 Supra turbo/300ZX
Would be a 2jz swap drag/roll race car.
5.S14/S15 240sx
Street drift build probably 1jz swap.
6.Nissan Sentra SE-R(B13)
SR20VE swap and make it a mild/OEM plus track day ripper.
7.Porsche cayman 718 GT4
Would be a weekend, cars and coffee track day/date night car.
8.2nd gen CRV SE(2006)
I already own one. manual swap and a TSX 200hp k24 motor with lifted suspension is the vision.(purpose of this car is to save on gas and be the car to drive when the roads have salt).
9. 2024 Nissan titan pro4x(very realistic for me to own this truck since they are very unappreciated) goal of this truck is to tow.
10. Not a vehicle but an enclosed trailer with double axle.
Bonus: pit/dirt bike to ride around the pits at races.

Other than my current vehicle (2 dr JK Wrangler) I wouldn't want any of my prior cars again. The only constant on my dream list from age 17 or so: Ferrari 308gts

I am very sad that you don’t have one of these five cars the BMW 3.0CS the BMW 2002 the Lexus LFA the MR2 SW20 or the Renault Espace
Well the LFA is insanely expensive, not a fan of the espace, not a fan of the 2002, I’d rather just own a Miata than the mr2 and the 3.0csl is insanely cool but aren’t they expensive too?
TBH, I’m not sure but I always mention them because they’re sick cars that a lot of people either don’t know about or don’t care to know about Unless you’re part of the car community
