Travis is playing a role rn. He's not going to be okay with being a "purse boy" forever. Taylor is used to a certain amount of ass kissing, and Travis definitely won't be playing the beta male role for long. It's not his natural state. I’ve noticed that over the past two weeks, when the Chiefs lost both games, Taylor leaves on Tuesday morning instead of staying for the week. According to the media, she’d initially planned to stay the week after both games. My first thought was that he might possibly have a temper and react like an angry child after the team’s losses. Made me wonder if that’s why she cut both trips to KC short. It would be enough to make me leave. Then after she leaves, the media reports on sweet comments that Travis said about her in the aftermath, and it made me question if he was doing that as damage control? I don’t know. This reading just compelled me to put my thoughts out there and see if anyone else was having similar thoughts.

I don't really see her settling down with anyone. She's too career driven and independent to actually want to spend her energy nurturing a marriage, especially if it requires sacrifices for the sake of the well being of partner and family. She's too addicted to fame, and ultra-competitive to remain "number 1" even today after all her massive success (the cutthroat way she dealt with her fan and newcomer Olivia Rodrigo exemplifies that). She can't slow down for anyone, because she knows someone else will take her place (she has a huge fear of that as she confess in her song "Nothing New").
I believe she may want a wedding to just look good to the public and appease her fandom, to appear "grown-up", and maybe as a way to silence the critics that accused her of "not keeping a man". And she sure likes to have her partner giving 100% of his energy to her, but not the other way around. She has an immature view of what marriage is, like a fairytale. She doesn't feel accountable to anyone and feels no need for self-improvement despite confessing unhealthy behavior in her songs. Probably she doesn't even know what a healthy marriage is like, because I know her parents were NOT in love with each other, but only in love with building her a career from the crib. Maybe that's what she views as a legacy.
She's 110% invested in her work and not in her personal life/ growth as a person. A huge imbalance right there. The way you invest your time and energy shows what you value most in your life. Sure it's her choice how to live her life, but she can't begrudge her partners for not agreeing to this same path, especially if it's not joyful.

Am I surprised about this reading??? Not at all. Seriously I don’t understand people shipping this soo much until marriage levels.
