    Thank you so much for being here. You make the world a better place.

      It's cool yea? I made a cryptic reference to it a couple vids back when I first noticed he had upped his edit game. This is a device that goes way back to the beginning of filmmaking and visual effects. Modern editing software makes it super easy these days. You select a 'window' out of your frame and then treat it as it's own vid frame; giving you the ability to apply any filter, effect or, in this case, frame rate to each separately.

    Your a god. The work you do for slight of hand and slight of hand mastery is outstanding. Ive been trying to fool people with cards fir years and thanks to just a couple of your videos on theory and performance has changed the way i look at card manipulation. Thank you and i will strive for the rest of my life to meet your level of expertise.

    I may finally be able to cobble together a 2 card monte variation I'm happy performing with this... Thanks! Also bought the project even though I know and use the cop already. Hoping for some useful things I don't already use. Plus I wanted to support you as I saw you at Leeds meet and at the magic circle and you were generous with your time and your cards both times. Much love DM

      I probably getting the masterclass at the end of the month hehe and by the way, I wasn't talking aboyt "cop moves" (I already have those) I was talking about the "Gamblers Cop" explanation he has there.

    The GC truly is a brilliant and invisible move at the right angle. Literally slide the too card off and they can never see the second card with the GC.

  • @joecach141
    @joecach141 6 років тому

    Hey dan... I’m sure you get this a lot but I’ve got a god damn irritating issue with my double lifts. Now I don’t know if it’s because I don’t perform with new decks (pass time magician that performs for my mates at Med school) but I often get caught with my double by people that are looking for how I’m doing the trick. How do I fix this. Is it movement, posturing, eye contact or what? Cause I don’t want to be in a position where I’m specifically hiding all he edges of the card cause that’s not natural. Anyways thanks for the video, just tried the cop now in the mirror and it’s crazy how many angles it fools.

    • @jonahspencer1450
      @jonahspencer1450 6 років тому

      yusuf cachalia I think you've got the right idea with eye contact. If you're looking someone in the eyes, it's hard for them to look away. With that said, you also need to be comfortable with doing the double lift (or any sneaky moves) without looking at your hands.

    • @joecach141
      @joecach141 6 років тому

      E.S. Andrews alright man I’ll definitely give it a go. I guess I always look at the double to make sure that I’ve done it properly. I’m starting to get more confident with the Stuart Gordon but the worry is always there you know. One small slip and it’s game. Again thanks for the advice and I’ll get more practice in so that I have the confidence to look away 👌🏻

    • @jonahspencer1450
      @jonahspencer1450 6 років тому

      The Ellusionist Gamblers Cop download is in depth but I suspect that the master class is way better considering how long ago the first one came out and how much Daniel has probably learned since then.
