No safety devices ??? No T&P (temperature and pressure relief) valve. No thermocouple on the gas valve. Are these units made for as needed use due to the lack of safety devices? Hate to see what happens if the user forgets to turn off the unitrol or heating element. Can you say kahboom ?
Funny..because in The Netherlands (also in the West) we call them geysers too...but these things are phased out since the early '90's. Lot's of people met their maker when these things were installed in bathrooms and were not vented properly.

It is called "geyser" because just like real geyser it will explode from time to time... but hey, nothing that generous 1 year warranty wont cover!
