Look at these guys' faces, how much they are enjoying their jobs, Michael's facial expressions are off the charts. Don't you wish you got that kind of feeling from your job? Anyway, here I am back listening to this 8+ years after it was uploaded. This started off beautiful, but at around the 8/9 minute mark it starts to get magical, almost mystical; first the musicians go there, then the audience joins them. One of my all time favourite performances in terms of musicality and interaction between performers and audience.
u just read my mind, i was fired yesterday from a job i hated and was thinking the same thing, i wish in the future i can play and make people like then
Literally one of the most amazing and beautiful pieces of music I’ve ever heard in my entire life; peak communication and musicianship from all three performers.
This genuinely made me tear up. The music, the reaction from the crowd, just for a few moments just felt like the worlds problems melted away and people were together in harmony and just being in the moment. Truly wonderful. The energy from that crowd, you can feel it even though you aren’t there.

Connecting with that space inside of us to give a gift to others.

Oh yes! This is too good. As a performance musician, it just feels so right when you here music that is complete improv. It's one thing to read music and play it and it's another thing to play it with heart.... But it's a whole different spectrum when music is just made from scratch live. Love the fact that great minds and talents can come together and make something incredible because this takes both extreme smarts and soul.

You are great musicians and they inspire me too much. Many thanks for your musical collaborations to the world!
Listening to this for, at least, the fiftieth time. Each time is like watching the first time. To get super spiritual, it reminds me of The Jazz of Preaching, by Kirk Byron Jones: the song is known, but how the Spirit will move the musician/preacher when standing before the people is not known. The call and response from the musicians together, then from the crowd, and finally to the individual watching the video is unbreakable. Thank you to whomever recorded this workshop. It makes me want to be a better preacher.

I am fairly proficient in left hand chording but cant walk the base because i invested time into one skill more than the other.
I feel ya.Yeah I've worked on recording and song writing man .I do apologize if I came across sort of harsh in my response. However it's really hard to play those 13and 11the cords in sequence like he's playing
Blair Chatmon Its no problem but you're also right about Corey he can do that stuff plus Oscar's stuff effortlessly.
