3M Scott Vision 3 Positive Pressure Face Mask

The Scott Vision 3 is a positive pressure facemask, combined with the ACSi SCBA backplate and the 9 litre cylinder, the three components provide respiratory protection within Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health (IDLH) environments. The Scott Vision 3 is specifically designed for use within the 3M Scott range of breathing apparatus, Scott positive pressure accommodates various facial shapes and sizes, creating and sustaining positive pressure.
The Vision 3 incorporates a liquid silicone rubber outer mask with a reflex seal, while the integral mask is an EDPM orinasal mask providing a loose seal to the mouth and nasal passages. Attached is an impact-resistant visor built from a polycarbonate material, coated with a flame retardant and anti-scratch film. The multi-curvature design creates a panoramic view whilst also allowing use with spectacles, without compromising the face seal.
The full-face mask also features a bayonet connection for the demand valve located on the left side, along with a front-mounted speech diaphragm and a low resistance positive pressure exhalation valve both to enable clarity of speech and allow normal breathing.
