Hello! Yes absolutely! When you send a post for approval, the client can reject the post and send feedback that way! Then it will come back to your workflow to make adjustments as needed!
Can we bulk schedule Twitter threads from a CSV in either autolists or the planner? If so, how would we need to organize the tweets for each thread in the spreadsheet the CSV is based on? Thanks!
Thank you. I have been trying to use the upload CSV feature, but only my text comes over. My images (PNG) do not. I am using the google link from my pngs in my google drive. Can you help me troubleshoot this?
Hello! With the reel cover, that is a limitation we have. We can upload the cover in but adjusting cannot be done! It will automatically select how it’ll appear which you’ll be able to see in the grid preview.
Can you use previously posted content schedule with metricool to create autolists? That would be genius!! Also, if I choose to insert post manually to create a Pinterest autolist, the option to add a title and link are not available. Am I missing something?
For Pinterest, under Presets, we only have the capability currently to select the board. I will take your comment to our Product team so they can look into this!
hello Alex /team... thanks for all this info, very detailed and helpful. I have two related questions - 1) if I have a posting TEMPLATE in mind, where for example TUESDAYS I post profiles, WEDNESDAYS I post upcoming events.. etc..... is there a way within Metricool to build that posting template in place so that when I open my planner, is tells me "today is BLOG POST day" or whatever? and related, 2) is it OK strategically / algorithmically to have the same posting structure each week or two? Thanks!
Hello sunsetlabs! Thank you :) In terms of a posting template, there isn't a way to have it already tell you what to post on each day! In the "saved texts feature", you could save a template of how those posts will be structured but nothing that will actually lay out your calendar!
Strategy wise, you can definitely have the same posting structure! Whatever feels best for you. Our best recommendation is to do the posting structure and then analyze after a month or so and see if the mix of posts are performing well, then adjust based on that. :)
No, they are just scheduled out at that point in time. They won’t go live until the actual day and time you dropped them at or if you select publish now when you are creating the post. :)
Hello! The main difference is that with autolists you’re automating your content into a list, meaning that you can add posts and set a periodic schedule for them to go out and even make the list repeat. With the regular planner, you are creating posts and dragging and dropping them where you’d like on the Planner to go out the one time!
I am attaching a video that explains more about our autolist feature too. ☺️ Here is a video for more information! ua-cam.com/video/kYrBT12462w/v-deo.htmlsi=frcWtu-f4is6x_Af :)
Hello! We currently do not have plans to add a preview feature, as the concept of autolists is to schedule posts in bulk rather than individually. The intention is to streamline the scheduling process for efficiency. However, we appreciate your feedback and will consider it for future updates 😊
Hi Barry! You cannot currently add background music to your social media posts on any 3rd party scheduling tool. This is due to an API limitation. The work around is to do a push notification or upload the video with the sound already attached!
If I start an autolist, and I am adding lets say 5 videos a day, will those videos repost out every day of every week, or if i want them to post twice a week, will they go out twice a week forever? Then as I add more videos each day and each week, are those also going to go out lets say 3 times a week forever? I do have an account now. So, I am working on the planner now, but want to see if the autolist feature would help as well. I really do like being able to repurpose the content to go out more than once. Thanks in advance.
Hello! So this is up to your preferences. You can select the days and times you want the content in the list to publish out. The list will continue to publish until you get to the last item. If you toggle on the repeat option, then the list will run forever in a loop.

thank you very much , very helpful.
Glad to help! 🤩
So helpful. Can you do a training for editing or adding to an existing auto list from a post and UA-cam?
We can definitely add it to the list! Thank you for the suggestion. ☺
Now I would love a video on how to properly use the CVS template 🤩
Coming soon! 😍
amazing
😁
Please add presets to UTM tag builder.
Thank you for the suggestion! 😁 We will take it to our Product team.
Hi! Thanks for the video! If you’re using this for client management - is there a way client and share feedback on a post?

Hello! Of course! Are the links you are inputting into the sheet public?
Hi! Can you adjust reel cover (like zoom in/out) and arrange as you can in IG directly?
Hello! With the reel cover, that is a limitation we have. We can upload the cover in but adjusting cannot be done! It will automatically select how it’ll appear which you’ll be able to see in the grid preview.

Love you!!

Yes you absolutely can! Download the CSV file from your calendar, modify as needed and then you can reupload that into your autolists.

Where do you see the analytics of the UTM tag builder?
Hello! We build out the UTMs but you'll want to look at those analytics in your Google Analytics. :)
Thank you! @@metricoolapp
You're welcome 😀@@MollyNichols-v7r
How can I specify on CSV what kind of post are been listed? Like line 1 = image, line 2 = reels, etc. Is that possible?
You can specify! We have a template download in which the option between post and reel are a drop-down option! ☺️
hey, kind of confused. when you planned on the calender and moved your multiple posts around based on best time, those posts didn't go live?
No, they are just scheduled out at that point in time. They won’t go live until the actual day and time you dropped them at or if you select publish now when you are creating the post. :)

It seems i can only use the CSV for only picture posts not videos or shorts.. is this correct?
You can use the CSV for video content as well! Are you using your own CSV or our template?
@@metricoolapp i am using your own just that I can only see picture url and not video url ..or can I put video url in column of picture url
Yes correct! You can put the video URL in the picture URL :)
I dont like when I use metricool to post, it says posted by metricool. Can I change this??
Don’t worry, this isn’t visible to anyone but you. ☺️
I have a problem targeting the specific audience. I receive views from other countries
