Thanks for sharing this Phil. It was a great evening. So nice to see footage of the band at that stage in their careers. Especially wonderful seeing Chris in his "natural habitat"!
One of the biggest mistakes in Lush's career was to release two different singles from Split on the same day. Hypocrite and Desire Lines competing with each other. Then not releasing anything else, Lovelife should have been a single. Split should have been a much more successful album than it was If you had Hypocrite out as a first single, Desire Lines as the second a couple of months later, Lovelife as the third single,
Hope this is able to be screened here on youtube.
I watched the film on the Criterion Channel, is got these unreal nostalgic vibe of the 90s and the music was so cool. Thanks for this interview

A really entertaining evening all round.
Interestingly, Emma and Phil show more personality here than they ever did on stage during a gig.
How very, very strange to not have ONE mention of Miki. She was the focal point, lead singer, ffs !!! Just weird !
They did mention her when they were talking about interview duties, with Emma saying on one tour Miki and Chris did them without her or Phil. 1:24
@@me_fault very strange to only have one mention.
was hoping to hear some comments about "Fingers Crossed."
Telling that they said that if they played together again, it wouldn't be more than them. Nice shot at Miki. Hmmmm
they are just being discrete, no secret they have differences
I wouldn't go see that, it wouldn't be lush without Miki.
was Miki not invited to this then?
They don’t speak. They didn’t like her book.
@@spaceengineer1452 They come across badly in the book. Particularly Emma. I have it on good authority that Miki's descriptions were very accurate.

I was hoping for some digs about Farty Breath Berenyi.
???
BLU-RAY YAY❣Take my money! I hope it has the final cut and maybe earlier cuts and bunch of bonus stuff and Criterion does it!! Love you Phil.🤍
