Currently I have the 235/75/15 trailrunners 105 load rating on stock rims 28mm offset, but there are suzuki xl-7 rims that have a 3-7mm offset. The 215/85/16 give you almost 31” but are skinnier to give you better clearance lock to lock.

Hey love the work. I have a vitara too , do you still have the stock engine on it 1.6 ? I’m asking because I’m thinking of changing tier size just not sure if I will lose power?
Also, if you’re doing the same lift as me, it’s important that you don’t get 16x8 or they offset the wheel just enough to be really hard to clearance the fenders.
Hopefully you toss on a 2in sky offroad $80 body lift. Cheap and will allow those wheels to move up more. Either way I like this thing and can't wait to see some videos
Probably no body lift on this one. It’s a purpose build for fuels reduction (selective logging) and it’s mostly side hilling. So if tires hit, I will clearance the body instead moving any weight up. So far, it only needs some minor “adjustments “. 😆
They fit. It’s actually what is on it in the before pic, they are just a street tread. They rubbed very little without the lift, but a mud tire probably would be a bit wider (more squared off at the tread) so it may rub a bit more without a lift.
@@DeathTollRacing I was thinking a lift and the tires I mentioned. Similar tread to your new tires. I'm thinking way ahead. I need to buy a tracker first. LOL!

Not as much as you’d think. The automatic ones may be more noticeable since the axle gear ratios are higher, but mine has no problem at all with power.
😂 it was a lot of work, and in the end it’s great. Was it worth the extra 2 inches though? Depends I guess, but probably not for most. I wanted to see what it would take.
@@DeathTollRacing I started with an altered ego 4.5" lift. It moves the front tires forward a bit so once you take the bumper off they fit. Hello great video I have a question I have a Geo tracker with tires size 31 I need to change the gears on my Differentials To accommodate the tires What size gears you recommend For tire size 31? And thank you for helping me out
There are not a lot of options, however there is one easy one if yours is an automatic. 5 speed differentials will put you back almost exactly to where you were. If it’s a 5 speed already, your only option I’m aware of will be gearing the transfer case low range gears, which is the best upgrade I’ve done, but that will only help in 4 low, and won’t do squat for high range. I’ll post a video of the transfer case gear install separately.
Hello, just wondering on the camber bolt washers does the top one point in toward the engine and the bottom one points out toward the tire? Thank you for your time!
That is correct. You should be able to watch the spindle move in at the top as you turn it. In my case I put it so there was the max amount in at the top and the max amount out at the bottom. It seems pretty close to perfect.
@@staceyesaucier4879 you really should. The ones in the kit are longer so it will ride better, and be better off road with them. But if you are short on cash, you can replace them later too.

So far so good on this one. I think it’s more on how hard you are on it than anything. Watch the 200 vs 800 suspension video and you can see the flex in all the components in use, and you can determine wether it’s worth it or not.
