@CS16 Productions I was going to mention that the horn didn't sound like a Spirit Class horn & no announcements were made on your ship that the horn was about to sound. The Spirit Class vessels have quiet horns. The main horns on the Spirit Class vessels are so quiet the crew doesn't need to warn the passengers that the horn is about to sound. If you're inside the ship you won't hear the horn.
Deck 3 doors are not in operation as there is currently no car deck on deck 3. The doors are there in case a car deck is installed at that level in future.
It does actually look like there is a car platform on deck 3 that looks very well hidden you can see it a bit lower down on deck 2. Probably don't use them because it's a hassle to use that takes up a lot of time when loading. I don't know. Edit: There is a platform deck. it actually tucks away towards the ceiling when not in use. So everytime if they want to use it they have to bring it down (deploying it) and then they have to lower the ramps.
Great video! It makes me less anxious to travel on it now. Are the decks with your car on it closed now, while the ferry is underway? thought I read that somewhere...
TrishaLouDotCom Yes, if you’re parked on the main car deck, you can’t stay in your car or access that deck during the crossing. However, if you’re parked on the upper car deck, you’re allowed to access that deck and stay in your car.
Deck 3 has definitely been used before. I think the reason it's not used anymore is because it was very time consuming to deploy it and would make the vessel very late.
12:53 that volkswagen back there was probably like "HOLY SHIT??? I GOT ON??? WOOOOOO!!!"

@@cs16productions Great, thank you!
The designated smoking areas are now terminated on BC Ferries. Its a Smoke-Free environment now in all vessels and terminals.
We rely on this ferry
Was deck 3 ever in operation?

The worst horn in the Fleet
Can you do Spirit of BC midlife upgrade?
