Wie schauts nach dem Umbau mit dem Airflow aus. Macht schon spaß zu sehen, das die Graka Lüfter oben sind. Aber insgesammt würde mich eine Tempvergleich eines gut diminsionierten System schon interessieren.

Ich auch. Ich will unbedingt ein Gehäuse mit Fenster, kann es aber nur auf die linke Seite Stellen, weshalb das Fenster Rechts sein muss und das be quiet ist das einzige, vom dem ich weiß, dass das geht.

I'm looking at this case for my first PC build just because it can be inverted (and I hear great things about this brand)...It's a little trippy that with the invert the mobo is upside down and GPU is up higher. Has anyone experienced any issues with that (GPU sag, etc)? Also, does the cooler and rear exhaust on the bottom rather than the top make any difference in airflow?
Hello. There is a difference but it is negligible.
Regarding the GPU: It's mounted the exact same way so there is no sag or the like.
@@bequietofficial That is not true. The airflow is terrible in case you want to use an AIO, like me with the be quiet! Silent Loop 2 in 360mm version. It is not possible to mount the AIO in usual ways on front and on top you will "cool" your AIO with warm air of the GPU. On the front the 360mm AIO is not really mountable because of the usual 40cm tube, which is too short plus missing screw holes. Here the export of the warm air on the top back is just missing.
@Watson My system consists of a Ryzen 5800X and a 3070ti. In case of heavy load, you have to except CPU temperatures of 85-90°C (tested this with several games and Cinebench + Heaven). I'm very disappointed about that and I regret having bought this case because of the exact same reason you mentioned. Also contacted be quiet! support and was rejected with comment "inverting is custom, custom is your own problem". After one year, I hope you haven't made the mistake to buy the 801.

Hello. With the exception of our Pure Base series all of our current cases can take M-ATX motherboards.
Which kind of power supply is recommended for this case?
That depends on what you intend to do with it. You can use all of our PSUs in this case, of course.

Ummm. The name of the video is literally "How to invert the Silent Base 801". So yes, it is possible.
Just bought the case, will start inverting as I'm a left hander, so want the window on the opposite side. ***Edit*** Inverting it over means the mainboard is upside down, so all mainboard graphics and rbg logos are upside down. Just looks weird.

I can't detach the power in from the fan rail. There is some barb (Widerhaken) there. In the video the top two cables from the fan rail are already detached. Now I can't get this damn thing off, bc it's locked. Why did you not show the most important stuff? Grrrrr.

There is one disadvantage that really bothers me. I cant see my RGB lights on my liquid cooler.

Amazing engineering, would have rather seen a savings of $20 and not cater to probably less than a 5% market. Still on my case list for next build though.
