Thanks for the shout-out, Scotty!!! Yeah, the Pit Boss Lexington 500 is a great pit! Just for clarification, I'm not new at using a Pit Boss, and I always shut them down properly 😂 If you Google the ErP error code, they say it's possibly caused by not properly shutting it down. 👍✌️🤘

Scotty, thank you very much for your channel and content. I'm 68 years old and retired and live in Canada. Not having a ton of money we needed a barbecue for the house here and I had a couple friends go pellet grill and well so did I.
Prices up here are insane. I got a pit boss tabletop $400 CDN. We have family in Michigan and occasionally I pull up their local Walmart down there and look around. When I found the Pit Boss Lexington with over twice the cooking space for the same price as my tabletop (after converting the dollar from USD to CDN) Now I have foot desease and want the bigger one....i got too damned anxcious I guess

Thanks again Scotty! I think we need a wire hanger. Mine has a hole in that slider. Lmbo! What should I cook for my Birthday! I want to cut that same grate out of my pellet box. I had one err code... I just shop vac mine out. Never had it again. Keep it on my deck than turn the hose on vac to the blower side and that's it for the outside.

Thanks Scotty! Quick questions, I am totally new to all of this and I got my smoker about 2 months ago and I've only done 3 cooks on it. Do you clean the inside often, after so many cooks, or is it all personal preference?

Thanks Scotty! For the fire deflector, I would put a piece of tile underneath or on top, to act as an insulator so the heat is not transmitted, what do you think? Blessings from P.R.!
