  • Dirgha Pranayama or 3-Part Breathing is a simple breath practice that you can do lying down, sitting, or standing.
    We send the breath down into the belly/lowest part of our lungs, into the ribcage, and all the way up into the chest, then cycle through all three creating a wave of expansive internal space and mental clarity.
    Great to relax and create greater awareness & appreciation of breath & body.
