  • This quick cross-training exercise is an efficient way to train one-legged balances and full-body strength and coordination with or without props or tools.
    Long a part of my physical therapy and cross-training for dance regimen in some form or another, here I demonstrate a favorite personal variation of "drinking bird" tilts and lunges, which I enjoy on a balance board.
    Variations are endless! How do you train stability and coordination for the legs and full body fun?
