Do you mostly do one coat on your jobs? I see some say one coat squeegee, one coat spray. Others say Only 2 coats on commercial parking lots and one coat on residential. What's your process? Do you offer one coat vs two coats or do you not even mention it and just do one? Thanks for all information you can share. 🙏

I live in Southeast Wisconsin and was thinking of adding sealing to my pressure washing business, which is a shitty business here. But being July already, I think it's too late in the year.

That's a huge pot to heat up for that little crack....I would have a few 5gal buckets on stand by
