I don't think she even realizes this power she holds over us and the need to hear that signature voice to fill that empty void within all of us. Angelina Jordan is in fact the "Benchmark" for all other vocalist to try as they might to achieve. I have a number of pictures of celebrities whose height is known, for example, Austin Butler, who played Elvis, is 6ft tall, and AJ published a picture of her standing next to him, she was at least 1 inch taller than him, and she had to look down at him.
There are more than two versions of this song. Two from 2020, one at AGT and the other from the studio which is the one on Spotify. And maybe three or so from concerts more recently. Every time she sings this song it comes out differently, even from one concert to the next during the same season.
Great review. Angelina is a once in a generation singer. She has a terrific voice and a lot of tools she uses magnificently. I am a big fan. But let me introduce you to a young Lady that has the most angelic voice I have ever heard. Her name is Lucy Thomas and is from the UK. She isn’t the same voice as Angelina. Lucy has the best vocal tone, vocal range, and breath control of any one I can think of. Her singing is just plain breathtaking. Please give her a listen.

AJ makes one feel her words and sounds. In the past we may have felt a similar sensation with maybe one song from an artist, but AJ encompasses the ability to conjure up this sensation with every performance. There is a synergy between her looks, sounds, and gestures, and her abilities to activate your senses, therefore; just seeing a picture of her is enough to bring tears to one’s eyes, we are indeed, Angelina's Angels.

Groovy, thanks for your wonderful reaction to Angelina. She wasn't feeling her best today, but being the professional Angelina is, she changed the big belt in the song to a remarkably beautiful run. Back when she was 13, she created this genius arrangement for "Bohemian Rhapsody" and her performance on AGT The Champions is my all time favorite vocal performance. Angelina got the Golden Buzzer and high praise from the surviving members of Queen who posted a link to it on their Twitter. Certainly worth a reaction when Devon is feeling better.
Thanks for another great reaction to & appreciation of another masterful performance by Angelina - this time of her amazing reinterpretation of this Queen classic. At some point, you owe it to yourself to also watch her AGT version at age 13 (for which she was awarded the "Golden Buzzer"). Interesting to note that for most songs when Angelina does repeat performances, each one is slightly different. I still encourage you to go back to her NGT audition singing Gloomy Sunday - at age 7. (Or - as some reactors prefer - react to a complete compilation of all 4 of her NGT performances - Gloomy Sunday, I'm A Fool To Want You, Bang Bang & Summertime.) AJ had a very bad cold here, but gave a beautiful performance nonetheless . Maybe when your daughter is feeling better you could both react to her break out performance on AGT at age 13. In the interview beforehand, you get a sense of how much was on the line for her and she really blew everyone away, ultimately winning a golden buzzer from Heidi Klum. Trust me you'll both get goosebumps.

Still she sounds amazing, no doubt about it, but nothing like she CAN sound and DOES sound when she's not sick. THAT'S how she sounds nowadays 🙂 OR react to her performance of it on America's Got Talent in 2020, when she was 13. The performance earned her the Golden Buzzer, sending her directly to the finals. During "Allsang På Grensen", June 23rd 2022 : On America's Got Talent in 2020 : What you heard here is her own arrangement, and after her performance on AGT the remaining members of Queen pinned her performance on their socials and WOWed her, saying "WOW, what a rendition! Unfortunately she had a head cold for this 16 yo performance, but she's a real trooper & sang anyway. In order for her to protect her vocal chords when sick, she substituted that goosebump inducing beautiful run for a powerful belt she used in the AGT-C performance.
Unfortunately she has a bad head cold,, when your daughter gets better you should listen to her agt at age 13 ,, and listen to the whole thing not just the song,, and some people like to only listen to the song and miss the info that she or others say , that fills you in to her personality,

That Gala was the 20th Annual Asian American Awards. She is 1/4 Japanese ancestry. She also sang "I Have Nothing" by Witney Houston after this number.

As great as this is, it's the wrong one. As you can hear she's ill. The AGT version is a must, whether you listen to anything else by Angelina.
Your microphone is barely audible. Really hurts your reaction and her performance.
