Keep in mind that at the time a lot of people weren't quite sure what some of the fruits were supposed to be, particularly the orange (which was often mistaken for a peach) and the grapes (which were often mistaken for a pineapple, as you can see in the Colecovision and Intellivision versions, among others). Less commonly, the bell was mistaken for a beehive and the Galaxian ship was called a Phoenix or just "the bird". The Atari 5200 and 8-bit versions replaced it with the Atari Fuji. Some of the ones shown here get them even more wrong. (The Sharp MZ-700 version used what looks like the spaceship from Gorf in place of the grapes and a moneybag, complete with dollar sign, in place of the bell.

Fun fact: The first Vic-20 version featured is actually a bootleg made by Hal Labs that goes by the name "Jelly Monsters". The funny part is that it is 100x better than the ACTUAL Vic-20 port Pac-Man got later on
As I understand it, it wasn't a bootleg exactly. HAL had the rights to the game in PAL territories, while Atari had the rights in the US. HAL tried releasing theirs in the US by just changing the name, but Atari sued them anyway.
I believe the ROM wasn’t released until relatively recently, even though it was programmed decades ago. It’s certainly a little-known conversion due to the system’s limited distribution at the time.
