  • Welcome to this challenging 13-minute lower body barre workout! This workout is designed to target the lower body and is suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. For this workout, you will need a sturdy chair or barre for support.
    Throughout the workout, make sure to focus on proper form and push yourself to your limits. Take breaks as needed, but try to keep the intensity high for the full 10 minutes.
    Remember to stay hydrated and listen to your body. If you feel any pain or discomfort, stop the exercise and take a break.
