informative video, thanks :) is the ucat exam for grade 12 students only? if i don't get in straight away from high school, would i still be able to sit the ucat again in my first/second year of uni (doing another health-related course)?
Thanks and great questions! It only makes sense to sit UCAT in Y12 as the results are valid for just one year. Yes you can enter after starting another uni using UCAT and GPA (non-standard pathway), however bear in mind that this is quite competitive and not all unis offer this (10-30 places available per uni).
Hey Judy, thanks so much. All international students are full-fee-paying, however they generally compete against themselves (i.e. not against domestic students) for places, so places are still quite competitive amongst them. For domestic students choosing to accept a full-fee-paying place, arguably requirements are slightly lower (ATAR/UCAT), as most students prefer not to pay $80000+ p.a. This leaves the pool for domestic full-fee-paying places a lot less competitive since only students (or students’ parents) who can afford it will attend. Hope this helps!
slayed as usual. wish i had this video when i was in high school, keep it up!!
