I can’t tell which warmed my heart more this reaction. Your continuing love and appreciation for the Batch or your wonderful investment and love of Romar Adell, and what a lovely gentleman he was. One thing for sure, Lord is it continuing to be beautiful, sharing this show with you, Jess.
I also like that they went back to Serenno for these episodes. I remember Dookus throne room from The Clone Wars, he was fighting the nightsisters right there and discussing his evil plans together with Darth Sidious, and now the Bad Batch visiting this place again was just cool to watch.
As I said on the season 1 final. The empire bombarded countless worlds mostly sepratist but it was mainly to remove any world's that could pose too great a challenge. But I already guessed dooku stole from his own people, most dictators do.
I love Tech too. Many fans have noted he’s showing a lot of Autistic traits (I’m Autistic myself), like how matter-of-fact he is and sometimes misses some social cues. It becomes even more noticeable as the show goes on.😀👏
While season 1 was decent I think this season is where The Bad Batch really finds its footing and turns into a really good show. I think it mainly comes down to them fixing one of the biggest issues with the first season, which was the lack of any meaningful interactions between Omega and the rest of the Batch (aside from Hunter). Already in this episode, we're fleshing out a stronger relationship between Omega and Tech, and that's alongside those really sweet and heartfelt scenes with Echo near the end of the second episode. There's already a stronger sense of camaraderie and kinship being formed between the other members, and making them a stronger pseudo-familial dynamic. I also appreciate how we're getting more focus drawn to how the Clones are treated by the Empire as little more than worthless tools to be thrown away when they're not useful anymore. There's a subtle tragedy to Wilco at the end, in that he refuses to bend the rules and falsify a report, effectively acting as the Empire should want ("good soldiers follow orders" and that), and he ends up being killed BY the Empire as a result of it.
Each season gets better. Bad Batch was done right.
The heart to heart between Echo and Omega is so heartwarming
"I'd do it all again" hits me every single time

100% rewatching this series makes me appreciate the whole story even more.
Already didn’t like Rampart but him executing Wilco like that pushed him into “hate” territory

Great reactions! Now we know what Rampart is capable of...

I forgot how great these episodes were, thanks for the great reaction! I look forward to every Tuesday!
What I love about The Bad Batch is how they talk about the separatist words. You can see it here. I love this discourse.
Oh wow!

I've seen all 3 seasons. Wow is all I'd say.
