- Another AMAZING gold panning trip to the Fraser river. Many pickers and nuggets pulled out of bedrock cracks. This is the best claim I have found and I would never have believed someone could pull this kind of gold out of this section of the Fraser.

I just got back from a 2 week trip in Montana prospecting for the 1st time. I did get lucky and found a nice section of bedrock and every single pan I was able to do had gold in it. Sadly not a single picker, but it was a blast.
Getting to watch your videos helps to further educate me on different ways to look for potential better places.

New to your channel. I grew up in Sacramento and would often go fishing on the American river with my uncle and one of my cousins. We were the only avid fisherman/outdoorsman in the family and would often try a few pans as well if the trout weren’t biting. This reminds me of the fun times we had. Even if we returned with no fish, we always had a bit to show for it. Thanks for sharing.

I'm in the lower 48 closer to the East Coast AKA Tennessee and there's only one good spot in the state here up in the mountains that has good gold in it and I take your videos for face value and it has worked out great for me and I appreciate it and all the content you upload

I was going to comment on what a beautiful young lady you have for a daughter. Then I heard you say she was your wife! But she looks younger than your son... Will you my friend are truly blessed. You found a nice bit of gold this day. BUT the day you found her, well that day you found a real beautiful treasure!!! God is sure smiling down on you. Y'all are proof that God's word is true. God promises that he who seeks shall find. Now if you could just find gold like that every day, you could spoil your young lady the way a beautiful young lady should be spoiled. (WITH DIAMONDS!!!) Back in the day when I was bringing the big bucks 20 some years ago. I had the prettiest diamond ring made for you young wife. (yes I was blessed with a beautiful young wife also) So I put that on her size 5 ring finger and she said she needed help holding her hand up. LOL.... But I did that so all the wolfs that kept knocking at her door would know that she is well token care of!!! So that way I didn't have to hurt none of them wolfs personally.
You see God promises the meet all our needs, and that HE dose very well. So with the money I made I seen to meeting her wants. Then I retired and don't have that big income no more. BUT I learned a good lesson. I learned that not only dose God meet all our needs HE also gives us our wants also from time to time... I've taught my kids as they grew up that God dose supply/meet/takes care of our need. But now they're in their 30's and I'm retired God is showing them that HE does love us so much that when we're living in HIS divine will, that HE will give us the desires our hearts... I've reached the golden years of my life now. I've been retired 9 years. and in them 9 years of living on a fixed income. I've learned how to really depend om GOD and not a pay check. With a paycheck the more hours I worked the bigger amount of money earned was on my paycheck. Well now in retirement it don't work like that. So when we want extra income, well that becomes a need and not a want, so that's GOD'S department...
I'm sorry I got so carried away. I just was typing how blessed we are. God knew that when I got older that wouldn't be able to work like I did when I was young like you. So HE set me up with a good job when I was young so I would have a nice retirement income to meet my needs. How wonderful and loving God truly is....
I pray that God will keep blessing you and your family beyond your wildest dreams... BBE...

Hey Buddy!! The Golds looking GREAT! Super jealous of those beautiful pans! You said the AT Gold wasn't working very well... I have an AT gold and have been using it for prospecting. I was wondering if you could you do a video showing if the detector will pick up those big flakes and nuggets at different distances!!?? That would be great!! Cause Im also striking out using it in my gold rivers here in Quebec!! And I would like to know what it sounds like and reads when it runs over those sub-gramers!! That would be GREAT THANKS!! Still havent found a nugget and Im itching to find one!!!!!

Love the vids , u can also use a metal detecting pin pointer in the crevices to help locate those shiny things .

Dan...living in Washington State I don’t live too far S. of the border but in 30 YEARS I haven’t found that much gold even added together...let alone an actual picker. Of course I only get to go on public lands here in the Western half of the state. I must be doing it all wrong...can I visit your “classroom sometime?”

Dan, i love the channel! Ive always had an interest in prospecting, but unfortunately i live in Arkansas USA, where there is no gold. We do have a public diamond mine though and tons of Native American artifacts so always something to dig up.

I like using our 1/8" classifier for those pickers, a quick glance through the material pick out the shiney ones, then dump it.
