About services - you do not need to disable the ones with Manual startup type - those aren't active by default, which you can check yourself in Status column, so disabling them won't do anything.

How old is your PC? You made 3-4 OS upgrades on it I bet. Did you do a clean install to get to Windows 11? Does your PC have an SSD drive and at least 8GB RAM? Those two things will optimize the performance of your PC versus these subtle tricks in this video.
