GoPro With blank screen

I have problem with black screen on gopro 11, i buy this camera yesterday on the local store. I dont have gopro subscription. The gopro can replace for the new camera?

I have the same problem. Accidentally, I put it in the wrong slot and the screen went blank. How to Fix it thought?

Opened mine up today and noticed that the ribbon cable broke when the sd car was inserted. You can take it apart and get a replacement screen but the camera won’t be waterproof

Today i open my gopro, and saw a broken flex, this flex is from the screen and it is in the place of the SD card, so the flex has been broken when i tried to put the SD card and i did in the wrong way, so i think the only fix for this is use the warranty of your camera or go to your "gopro specialist", in other way if you had the electronics knowles maybe you can weld. This is not a software failure and i really hope that, but in my case the flex of the screen is broken :c.

The same thing happened to me too, but the SD card was in the right place, the camera works Anyway, but nothing shows on the display. And I can't even connect it to the phone through the special application because I can't see the password, so at least I could have accessed the Go pro functions through my smartphone. Without a password I'm still, any solution?
I still managed to download the latest firmware, but nothing has changed

Same here. I think you should be able to use an external monitor via micro HDMI cable.

After this video showed 5 years ago, it still remains the same. I put the card in the wrong slot, and had to pull it out with tweezers. Unfortunately, I bought mine on Ebay. 7/24/24
