Just my opinion, just a matter of thinking, but to me this is far more impressive and functional than any guy doing 500 pound squats. Not even close but I know, to each his own. Incredible leg strength and cardio rolled into one. If it takes a year , my goal is to get to this. Will be a process for sure. Excellent demo, and a great video,…no pounding music or swearing, no 3 min explanation for each exercise - here it is, do it! Well done sir!🇨🇦👍

Liking the bodyweight excercise vids, especially for those of us without equipment or gym. Guess its not exclusively just "nobody cares, work harder" but maybe "somebody cares SO work harder." 😆

I do a healthy mix of both, and more. I try to be adaptive and like to mix things up. The more you confuse the body, the more you’ll get out of your training.

Working your muscles to failure is what imitates the repair (building) process, so as long as you give 100% during the workout, you will build. 💪

I'm 12 and i am 1 month and 10 days in working out
But I'm doing this I can't use weights since I have heel pain.
