Hi thank you for this amazing video. I live in South Africa. Staying in an English village in the Cotswolds has been my dream since forever & my husband & I were going to do this when he retired. Unfortunately he passed away this month (March 2023) but I'd love to visit anyway in memory of him. Your video was super helpful regarding transport links from London etc. Again, thank you so much for this.
What a wonderful video! My husband is planning on having my dream come true to visit the Cotswolds for my 65th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. It will be our only trip overseas and seeing this in person is my one and only item on my bucket list🤗!
What a wonderful birthday/anniversary gift! I’m an American who lives in Texas and spends the summers in England... the Cotswolds are my favourite place!
We lived in Radley, Oxfordshire for a few years while I was an ex-pat working for Motorola. We acquired a used Caravan and towed it to all the camping sights in The Cotswold. Thanks so much for a wonderful reminder of how beautiful they are.
Having lived in England for 25yrs I never travelled to this quintessential English place like the Cotswold. It is our 40th Anniversary and I have decided to take my wife to Cotswold. We are travelling from Dubai and are looking forward to staying for few days in this beautiful part of England. Your information was extremely helpful and we are looking forward to our trip and celebrating our 40th anniversary together.
From Pakistan, Cotswold is beautiful, the castle combe, burford and many others are inspiring, the dales and valleys and brooks, the lime cottages, the streets by the flower, the mossy trees you will never have. The serenity, hush and peace one can find is not taken for granted Its beautiful, and you did wonder full video
This is such a well done video. You really get a feel for the Cotswolds and your information was just enough and so well delivered. None of the flashy nonsense and overuse of drone footage for the sake of drone footage that dominates. You should be very proud of this, and I am very grateful to your effort and information 🌼 edit: I also loved the etymological break downs 🌼
I have been to the Cotswolds 10 years ago, it is so charming and I felt like I was at a fairytale. This is the place where I would love to celebrate my Honeymoon with my gorgeous wife! ;)
Thank you very much. We recently travelled to the UK and your video had been very useful to plan and visit the places. We could see many without wasting any time. Wonderful video
Went to the Broadway tower a few weeks ago, fantastic, wonderful views and the town is gorgeous too. Also went on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire steam railway, Broadway to Cheltenham racecourse. Well worth a visit! 👍👍
II was born in Moreton in Marsh and now live in Perth, Australia. So this was like going down memory lane. Hasn’t changed in the slightest!! Thank you so much. You are quite right about Chipping Campden (i did my schooling there). Heading back to the UK so will use your guide. The only village you didn’t mention was Blockley (where Father Brown is filmed). Thanks for all your efforts
The presenter sounds like a kiwi. I,ve been to all the picture prefect towns. In your video. my dad showed me them. As a Canadian who lived.in England for a few years I,ve returned many times with my wife and kids. I love it despite the weather
Excellent video of this charming area. I have been several times and am on my way there next month with my hubby. You highlighted places and attraction I did not know about, so thank you for providing new places to explore. Well done!

I've visited the Cotswolds before, and yet the wonderful new information you have provided in this video, has only made me put it on my list of places I have to revisit. It's a good thing when videos like these INSPIRE you to visit a place, and quite another amazing plus, for them to inspire you to REVISIT. Great job once again. Loved this.
Greetings wonderful video , I had a picture build up in my mind about English villages and countryside. The image was developed after reading a lot of Literature, William Blake , Wordsworth and others, and yes I read about Doctor who too, the red telephone Box reminds of tardis, The temperate latitudes give a very different color to the skies , a beautiful, different colour . Sometimes the reality is more wonderful than your Ideas, What to do in Cotswold? When I go there I am going to wonder as a cloud , in the Cotswolds lanes, and watch with delight the age old houses and cottages, and listen to the music of brookes, and smile at the beautiful flowers and sing the song with birds. Hi Michelle. One of the best produced videos I have come across on the Cotswolds. As a fellow Melbournite it is refreshing to hear a more familiar accent that informs the viewer. With plans to visit the area next May I am beginning to think two days will not be enough. What would you recommend? C
There are trains to a lot of these places but can take much longer than a car . You really do need a car to get around the Cotswolds properly . It's a beautiful area with lots to explore .
Don’t forget Cirencester, Capital of The Cotswolds. Cirencester includes a fabulous Parish Church in The Market Place and the Abbey Grounds behind, a Roman Amphitheatre 15 min walk from town centre and Bathurst Estate with acres of beautiful grounds and woodlands to walk around and Corinium Museum from bronze age to present day!

Thank you so much, Mathew :) I'm so happy you enjoyed it! Yes, the Doors of Durin is quite popular and very cool to see places that inspired Tolkien.
