This is truly heartbreaking. Shame on his wife and advisors. It's plain as day that this man has a serious medical issue. Whether it's dementia, Alzheimers or something else, they are putting him in a lose lose situation. The Dems need to get another candidate. It's obvious that Biden ain't clicking on all eight.
