If I may ask as to the tenure of the President who has served for exactly four years, can he run again for President in the next election? Dean, possible reason din po ba kaya wala sa line of succession po ang Chief Justice ay dahil sa provision po ng Sect 1 po ng Article II of 1987 Philippine Constitution?
Sec. 1 Art 2, The Phils. is a democratic and republican state, Sovereignty resides in the people and all government authority emanates from them.... appointed naman ang cj so may mandate din naman kaso derived from the appointing authority
