Bakit may mga cases na dinadala sa legislative branch tas hindi umaabot or hindi na kailangang dalhin sa judicial/judiciary branch and bakit naman po may mga cases na dinadala sa judiciary at hindi na dinadala sa legislative? Ano po yung mga grounds? Or bakit po nangyare yung ganun? Ano po yung pinaka main reason. Yung level po nung case para umabot sa judicial or legislative? Sana po may makasagot. BPA student po.
