Recognizable. With my struggles, any of those video's or schedules neither work for me. But I can certainly try the tree planting thingy. I mean, Habitica (an app/site that works with ticking of tasks etc that you've done) also sometimes works for me and this sounds similar to that. So it is worth a shot! Unfortunatly I don't have any better tips than trying out Habitica if you like to level a character while completing tasks.

I was diagnosed with ADHD a few weeks ago. I struggle a lot with motivation and I am due to return to education to finish my undergraduate which I did not finish. I have bad concentration due to ADHD and combined mental health issues. I will be starting ADHD medication soon which I hope will improve my mood when it works because it should slow my mind down and be easier to focus. I am also autistic so I know where my interests lie and it is really frustrating to struggle to focus on what you know interests you. Have you considered medication for your ADHD? I have heard some very positive things about it from some people.
