EDIT: I wanted to expand on this comment a bit. The questions you asked some of the major heads in Spotify were so detailed and forward-thinking. You really presented them with inquiries that were all about how Spotify uses their technology to affect and influence the lives of people who use the platform. It was really interesting to see deeper into the central hub of such a massive platform/business, and how… Cozy it felt? Such a fascinating video, Jacklyn, and I can’t wait to see more from this series!

This is an incredible video of Spotify, jacklyn you have really brought out the fantastic universe of Spotify to us. Very good tour/interviews! I just wonder if the AI DJ is a paid thing or if it's available with the ads. I currently pay for UA-cam Music but have Spotify installed and use it with ads.

I definitely like Spotfys office approach. It seemd like a pretty awesome tour experience. Sadly I dropped the service for Tidal a month ago.

I'd like to see a Spotify puck that is waterproof, and goes in the shower to control Spotify. Suction cup on the wall, with some type of clip for the Spotify puck on. the other side. It would have wireless charging to help keep it sealed. Small color screen., similar to Spotify Auto. Instead of me yelling over the shower to Siri, Alexa or Google to change the song or playlist, I could use that puck. I've tried having Spotify Auto mounted just outside my shower, but I think Spotify could offer something better. I could also use something like this at our pool to control the Spotify we're playing on the outdoor speakers.

-feedback about video: I love how excited you are about this and your positive energy. At first when I was starting to watch your videos I thought that it's fake but now i'm feeling that are genuine energy vibes
-about spotify company from video: weird far left wing vibe , definitely not for me, almost like fake company

@@NBTJacklyn I use yt for most things to listen and Spotify for 4 podcasts. I don't know about spotify company record, I just didn't like just far left vibe that I was getting from people from video.

Spotify is always planning new features to enhance our experience honestly, and I don't know about you, but I always loved Discover Weekly... BUT THEY KNOW TOO MUCH! Keep investigating 🦕😵💫

Spotify isn't even lossless, let alone hi-res. Can't imagine why anyone would use it when Qobuz, Tidal and even crappy old apple are available. I couldn't care less about Spotify.
You are one very lucky young lady. I do find Apple Music easier to use than Spotify.
Wow, maybe Spotify should stop stealing from artist that actually make music and start paying them
I've got to be honest, this video leaves me with a slightly sour taste in my mouth. It feels like borderline sponsored content/corporate propaganda.
I'm not saying that was your intent. I'd just say, maybe it's worth reflecting on what you're broadcasting/not being just an unfiltered amplifier for corporate PR. This feels really on the edge of that kind of thing.
Love your content. Love your work. Just felt I had to say something in regards to this video, as it left me feeling a bit uncomfortable, honestly.

Will definitely take this feedback to heart and reflect on how to make these videos feel less like that!! The goal is to never portray something inaccurately and at the same time this video wasn’t meant to be an analysis of every good and bad thing Spotify does - was more meant as an optimistic exciting BTS look at a tech company! But if that doesn’t come through definitely have to work on the framing so it does for the next one
