I loved her because she didn’t need to use her magical powers to have an effect on the fight, and more than any other sailor scout, would use a magic attack without having to go through the wind up animation with all the twirling and what not. It always made her seem to be the most practical of the sailor scouts.
Much like Sailor Mars, Jupiter seems to be focused on raw damage rather than precision or utility: Her attacks hit very hard and they often can more hit than one target. She has strong cleave potential with her Supreme Thunder, and solid AoE with her Oak Evolution. Sparkling Wide Pressure lacks the multitarget potential, but makes it up with increased precision.

Best lightning-mage. Beautiful, inspiring, straight, adorable. Ready to defeat and destroy any foes that stand between her and her friends or even die for them. Agressive and suppressive attacks just like with Rei. One tier of coolness and passion as Rei for sure.
She is great. Brave and powerful. Very determined. Thats why i love her along with Mars. But she is morw adorable. Tough but lovely and romantic at the same time

I know this comment is old, but in the manga she starts with both a lightning attacks and Flower Hurricane which creates a storm of razor sharp flower petals. It contnued with Coconut Cyclone (which is actually just a blustery ball of lightning and wind). So it actually tracks.

I kno that the Outers are supposedly "stronger" than the Inners, but IDK I feel like Jupiter is up there with them. She has so much potential & she's very powerful.
No supposing about it, Jupiter is strong but not on their level. Saturn has two abilities that can literally destroy the entire solar system (at the cost of her life), Pluto can stop time (again at the cost of her life), Uranus is is both inanely fast and incredibly strong, and Neptune is just not only talented but has heightened sense and awareness that rivals Rei.
@@stormkeeper1741I think Jupiter is stronger than Uranus but just in natural strength. I forgot which episode they fight in, but Uranus has height, speed, experience, and skill on Jupiter. She knows where to aim and knock out an enemy swiftly. However with Jupiter I think she made Uranus’ hand bleed (?) as well as can throw an entire person across (as referenced to the scene before she transforms for the first time). That’s just my 2 cents though.
There's one Supreme Thunder attack missing from the list here which had another unique animation.. the one when the Scouts face Kaorinite atop Tokyo Tower.
I've always loved how strong and powerful she was. Still my favorite senshi, thank you for putting this together!

Nop, Mercury only used once frozen bubbles, Venus only once Cascade and Mars only once Fire Phoenix. Those were only once attacks.
