in Orega Battle...an anime...one of the protagonic friends use a monster card named Demon King Avalon.....which power is relationated with the food and the gluttony. Once he evolves...becomes in a Prince fighter. Baal and Avalon are references to the fairytale the Princess and the Frog

Queen / Madame Butterfly has Sparda vibes, perhaps both being regal and legendary figures (or just inspiration). I just couldn't ignore this since she is super cool. Also I loved how she expressies her femininity without hesitation, just like Bayonetta being a badass since the first game. Another colourful, unique and dope gameplay aesthetics.
I like how Madama Butterfly always seems to be having the time of her life in those fights, I can imagine she actually looks forward to Bayonetta summoning her because she knows it's going to be a ton of fun.
The scene - right down to the music - seems inspired by the fight scenes in the old Japanese TV show "Monkey".
Funny enough. It is implied that Eva and Sparda were canon in Bayonetta’s universe with Eva being a witch and Sparda being her contracted demon

i was thinking...in the case Balder(the good one)...use angelic ritual summoning words....Maybe it will be: DO I AI BALDER(using a knife...opening a wound in his hand and closing his hand..droping blood to the sky and mixing two feathers)......OMNIS AKASHIA JUBILEUS......PARADISO SACREM NI PATRIS....IRRAKA DESCENDO LUMINUS. Balder jump to the portal in the Sky and Fortitudo evolved version appear.....resembling King Gigorah.....his angel name is Great King of the Flames, Divine Dragon Fortitudo

cool that madama butterfly and the demons are capable of transforming into an enhanced version but im definitely missing the dance and the chants which are shorter but just as effective. wish there could've been an impact when finishing the bosses like in previous games

I’ve been a huge fan of Bayonetta since I was 9 years old. 9 years latter I am now 18 and was not left disappointed with the playout of this game (although I wasn’t expecting or wanting Bayonetta to die, I guess it’s also nice to see that we’ll be able to see a series of her daughter).
Edit: Baal Zebul served so hard. The light sticks that appeared in the background made me feel like this came straight out of a mixture of kpop and opera. Whoever sung those notes irl, sing gurl.
I'm betting Bayo becomes her daughter's counterpart to Madama Butterfly... maybe with the father as Gamora or another equivalent.

The first one is literally Godzilla, imo
That second and third one, rather than being a Dragonball reference, might be a Sun Wukong reference. In the second one he used a hair to make a clone like Sun. And in the third that's the golden headband that controls Sun and he's locked away under a mountain.

But the game is so well optimized that is very hard to notice it and most time you dont feel the frame drops

Its probably better if you just sign one demon, bcs you know, the whole sacrifice an angel once a day thing or you get dragged to hell
Umbra witches are pretty much doomed though. They basically can't afford to die since they sold their souls away to a demon in exchange for power. I'm not sure if their soul is tortured forever, devoured by a demon or turned into a demon. I'm not sure if the lore goes into specifics but it's a gamble for sure.

Butterfly form is a reference to Eris, the goddess of chaos from Sinbad. A welcome addition in my opinion.
i got 2 things to say , first i was so worried about bayonetta when i saw baal frog form started to disoriented i thought her magic getting weaker , but then i saw baal zebul and i was like hot damn , nope her magic is stronger than ever now😂
second i felt so bad about baal because at first i thought her voice is so annoying but then baal zebul emerge , you really cant judge a book by its cover lesson learned

Bayonetta is probably preparing for her rematch against Dante in Death Battle after her last defeat😏.
That death battle was BS, even at the time but especially now. Didn't bayonetta punch the creator (albeit an incomplete form) across the solar system into the sun. I feel like that death battle was fueled by nostalgia and attachment to Dante and DMC which is a bigger franchise than bayonetta, especially at the time.
Omg never play or watch Bayonetta game, but wow the summon is creative and amazing. I’d say it is on ff series level 👏

@@user-sm6gn3nl6o this. The other witches Cereza, and Jeanne are completely human, and have to fuse with their demons to transform. Viola is a hybrid, and has a form much more similar to devil trigger. (Fairy trigger maybe? Lol)
I found her regular moveset hard to use. Definitely felt nerf going from bayonetta to Viola. Maybe it's intentional since she isn't at bayonetta's level? When she awakens she just wrecks shit though lol
@@orpheus0108 this. Viola is a witch in training who hasn't even contracted a Madama yet, also an Umbran Watch is the reward for a witch who completes her training, and being as Viola doesn't have one we can assume she's pretty early in her training.
