Same I play cello I don't have a reason to be here
no you play drums now sorry
@@valornash8463 xD
I play guitar
I do to....ada, but I’m multi so...........
The Time Changer
*oh hey Lars*
Lars Ulrich is the only drummer who can play every tempo at once
ghost_type_gaming, Tomas Haake does that as well, except far better.
Lol yes
This actually really awesome.
1- it’s not focused on the personality of the human drummer. There aren’t any quips, jokes, interruptions, or goofy faces.
2- the drumming is good.
3- the choices of styles to be lampooned were well chosen and diverse.
4- the drumming is really good.
5- the captions made me recall any numbers of drummers I’ve actually watched perform solos, so it’s funny cuz it’s true.
6- the drumming is reallllllly good.
7- thank for spoofing Bonham. I feel like he’s unassailable, despite me being consistently whelmed by him.
Bravo.

8 - the drumming is REALLY GOOD
The drumming is beyond belief
I wanted to write a comment, but you have already written everything I intended. And yes, I agree, it was played very well. I'm especially glad to see someone playing hi-end drums that match his skills. I know I sound jealous, but it really annoys me when I see a bad drummer playing a flashy kit.
14. *its not Neil unless you have 10+ toms and 100+ cymbols with a electric set behind you, and also the entire set spins*
NOVOICE
The most acoustic toms (not including elecotnroic toms) Neil has had is 10
And Neil has like 20 cymbals
Need some triggers at least!!! :)
Lmao!
Interesting. Combining Cymbals and symbols?
And still sound like sh1t.
Okay, that jazz fill was low key buttery
What does buttery mean?
Volt Sheep smooooothhh
High key buttery
Smooth dynamics
The fill was but the beat was absolutely fucking horrible 😭

12 aka the cooper drummer
😂
he is pretty talented
Your Friendly Neighbourhood Bin so true
Reminded me more of Thomas Lang's Vic firth performance spotlight if anything else
Your Friendly Neighbourhood Bin 😂😂😂
14 one can not hope to do the niel peart while your number of toms is still in single digits
Thatoneguy indeed they can't
Not even wrong 😂
he did it with 3 at the buddy rich tribute tho
10, an 16 are me! Lol
Yes
Dissapointed by the prog metal. It wasn't even in 17/23 gosh not prog at all
Words
17/23 exists.
Just divide your bar into 23rd-uplets, and take away 6 so you have 17. Easy
Haysan Morris
Any songs have this?
Nope, but theoretically its usable
@@charliecharlotte360
Well I know what I'm writing my next song in
The micing on the drums was killer...Loved the bonzo homage too...You have some sweet chops and great left hand for a matched grip...
Are you really trying to insinuate that matched grip is infirior in any way?
Mads Sanden I believe it’s because most matched users who don’t study with a teacher often have a horrible left hand but i play matched
>for a matched grip
rofl what the hell dude why are you gatekeeping the actual most common grip in the fucking world? Trad grip is pretty much for drumline, old jazz players, and Buddy Rich fetishists.
@@trashbin7205 imo matched and trad are pretty equal, they just make you play differently, which can be better for some genres over others
666th like
Groove machine and smooth Yazzer are actually pretty nice, like, i would appriciate a solo like this.
3:04 I always get drum solos like this in my recommended and they are all like 20 minutes of the same thing
This is my second one and I love them! I'll be sick of them by tomorrow though.
Boring for sure
"This is the part where I take my shirt off"
I like this type of solo, the time signature is very well done and the use of toms are genius
#21 - The Travis Barker: Over 9000 stick tricks (and tattoos), 200 different facial expressions and some side snare and cowbell grooves.
CR7TheGunner Don't forget to send you're hi hat into the stratosphere.
Matt Poop oh yeah but that goes without saying really... Lol
try to play 64th notes as fast as possible
Lets be honest. Travis Barker is by far worse than Lars Lol
@@FanaticDrummer stop it lol. Travis can play an keep tempo. Something I've yet to see lars do live.
The Carl Palmer - A seven minute drum solo in which you show off how fast you can drum
PkmariO64 I saw him recently he’s still really good
E M - From what I hear, he’s only gotten better with age.
That Neil Pert impression was so perfect that when I went into another tab and when it came on I thought "This has to be 'The Neil Pert'". Awesome chops man.
can we just appreciate how well you played the John Bonham!
Love the toms.... MEATY
Fancy seein you here!
Lance I always see you deep in the depths of UA-cam, I'll be watching a cymbal demonstration with 700 views and you will be there in the comments!
You know Neil Peart and John Bonham are the greatest when they have solo types specific to them.
awookieandagerman nothing like a 11 minute drum solo from Neil peart
Rip
And both are dead
N B Sarkar sadness time
And Alex Van Halen.
Guitar Center solo is WAY too clean. I hate the drum dept...
Yep that's spot on
Go to Sam ash.
Yup. That’s all there is to say
orourkeliam 41 Sam Ash is the best. Just got some sticks and a hi hat tambourine
@@drummerboy0620 Sam Ash > Guitar Center
Damn
That Bonham is killeeerr
That John Bonham was PERFECT tho 👌
The pause with the Bonham one made me laugh like shit man ahahahaha
16 is my drum solos after my one day experience of playing
I am the definition of "I Marched." Though I gotta use Traditional grip. 20 years of snare and DCI ruined matched grip for me forever.
Hahahaha the John Bonham is so accurate
Michael Dallara Bonham is the best!
Yeah that’s because he just copied bonhams most popular solo pretty close to the original
I wpuld be the Guitar Center one cause I know jack shit about drumming.
Can we take a moment to appreciate how sweet his kit sounds lmao
You forget the "shoes in a clothes dryer" solo that's at the end of songs like 2112 and contaminate me. The one where the drummer just goes nuts and hits whatever
Big Funi it’s called the “big rock ending” on TV tropes.org
@@mrbenoit5018 also unofficially named "trashcanning"
We all know 12 is cooper drummer xD
Mow Mow lmaooo
Lol
Thomas Lang as well.
i thought its gordo the bucket drummer lol
you slaughtered every technique possible man!! I can totally relate to my drummer friend who whenever comes to jam does these stuff either in the beginning, in the middle of the song, or the end(after he's done playing "Seize the day with us! )
this man is the only person on the entire internet, that actually did a good job imitating john bohnam
That Neil Solo needs at least 115% more drums
That would only be somewhere between four and five more total drums, you’d need at least 25 more to match a Neil kit
2:40. RIP NEIL PEART
I was waiting the Neil Part... Nice video !
2:35 THE DRUM SOLO OF LIFE
Rip Neil
THE GUITAR CENTER LMAOOO
That Bonham bit was impressing! Well done! Also love your Drumsound!
I think I just fell in love. Those transitions were smooth as hell.
He has a tattoo of John Bonham's Symbol.
seriously? No one? Ok then. Needs more cowbell. There you go pal
0:54
ohh yes the POP saying ,thankyou SNL now that I have mastered most of latin cowbell patterns,,and when it's done right,it's fire, but when its off,,theres not much worse than a cowbell outta place,so Son and rhumba clave patterns have accompying bell patterns ,once I learned how those go together and the tiny difference between Rhumba and Son clave,it really spiced up my playing ,on all levels,i recommend learning those ,then we unstoppable
Listen
I got a fever
Always more cowbell
@@Cludensyo And the only prescription is
More
Goddamn
Cowbell
Great playing and great theatrics!
Big points for the 3 count with the feet on the 'Peart' section!
Authenticity!
The Bonham earned my respect👌🏻
This is fucking great dude! All your content is straight hilarious, keep it up!
I get it Cole. There's a kernel of truth to it all. And the drumming is damn good and slick. Good chops.
Amazing drum stuff!
Definitely on the “groove machine” side of the solos. Haha.
the "Groove machine" reminds me to Neal Peart too... gj btw
That kit sound phenomenal!
Bro that was awesome, well played and skilled
#12 aka cooperdrummer
luke holland 2010
This was stolen
17. Wrong. There's that live version of Laterlus where Danny Carey solos in 5/16👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Luminol I think he was mostly demonstrating a Portnoy solo lol
Can i ask for a link? ^^
Kyrballe I was half-kidding. I like Portnoy, don't get me wrong, but I've always found him to be a weaker soloist compared to other prog metal drummers. So ignore me lol
I was asking for a link for the drum solo in 5/16, sorry for the imprecision haha ^^
Lol that's alright, and yeah I'd like to see that too!
I knew the Neil Peart floating snare would be in here. His solos are so iconic, usually the same thing every tour but slightly different, and it's a staple on Rush tours.
The sound in my Logitech earbuds is amazing base for this drum solo its making me so happy.
Keep this stuff up man nice job good .
Your snare sounds fantastic. What snare is that and what processing did you do to the mix?
Dimensions Studio read description please. He used lot sm57. Great snare sound cones from great tuning.
Amir Hidayatullah also from the fact that that is a $1500 snare. But yeah thanks for the generic answer. You can also enhance a well tuned snare with post processing so, yeah.
Prog metal fans are triggered lol, like me!
Stephen Irvine prog fans cuz there was no polyrhythm
who else can we piss off? hahahaha
Yep. No odd meter or polyrythmics. We wanted a Gartska solo!
TheWhynaut but he plays a 3:4 polyrhythm
Shoulda just played RLRLKK repeatedly lol
Dude, you got that kick drum dialed in sweet !!. Maybe the best kick I've heard on youtube........ like ever!!!
love content like this, just liked and subbed
16 sounds like a King Crimson song
IsBreadLife? It just works
16 more of your fucking pfp then I’ll die
Charles_ZX Stop
IsBreadLife? Tru
Yea sound like Moonchild
LMAO! Dude I used to be one of those. But how about the solo with absolutely no bass drum involved. Or the right hand dependent solo where every cymbal hit is with the right hand. Keep up the good work.
Deborah Lebowe I'm trying not to be so dependent on my right hand. I taught myself so it was natural to lead righty but it's a tough habit to break
Deborah Lebowe I'm sorry for being new
aaaaaaaaah!!! that was so good!!!!!! 😍
I know nothing about drumming and this was the video I was looking for, a bit of variety! 😍😍😍😍
Killer sounding kit!
I feel like there’s a solo where technically you’re in time but like...
No you aren’t
(Or maybe I’m just bad at drum solos)
Polyrhythms.
One of the gestures for 16 kinda reminded me of Keith Moon.
Amazing drumming dude!
Great upload! Awesome solos :)
13. The buddy rich
1:31 "The Time Changer"
Hello Lars Ulrich!
Wow, you are an incredible drummer. Awesome picture and sound too.
Great drumming!
If my solo style isn´t in this video it means I´m authentic?
Jonás Carrillo Wait for a part 2 😂
The guitar center is how i played heavydirtysoul
BroGaming VGCP AUTTP Oh hey somebody said it
1 and 2 are basically josh
@@PIXLL316 true.
@@PIXLL316 he is not bad, why do you think that?
@@PIXLL316 1 is also Carl Palmer.
That easy a really nice sounding kit and some great playing also.
Love your videos man keep up the good work
18 was so accurate xD
2:56 is happening to me when I try to play these
Excellent job. So true.
That was brilliant.....I think you covered them all there.
I did every solo when I just jam alone xd
His tattoo on his chest is a john bonham symbol from Led Zeppelin
The Real John Bonham I kind of feel you aren’t the real John bonham. The entire internet is filled with lies
@lol shit r/woosh
You forget the "The Jimmy Rev Sullivan" and his Beast and the Harlot drum solo, he's like a beast 🤘
That snare sounds perfect!
Jokes asides, you're a really good drummer
I kept waiting for the "Ooh Ah Ah Ah Ah!"
Wow your kit sounds so fucking good. Jeeezus, very satisfying to listen to ❤️ (love the snares sound)
okay, you got me with the toms part in Neil Peart solo, how accurate LMAO
Number 8 is Travis Barker dead on
For the Guitar Center but you should have done seven nation army
god number 15 you nailed it painfully good....
This is amazing you deserve way more subscribers, and my dude, you have just earned one
HOW U MAKE UR DRUMS SOUND SO GOOD??
Tuning and Mics Good Room Acoustics etc
Pricey set
Where is the Keith Moon?!
Adolf Hitler well if he did that then the whole set would have to explode
Your tattoo is fucking awesome, and the representation of his playing was perfect as well
That was really cool drumming :).
13 and 19 :D
0:20 that would be the Buddy Rich.
D Adam But Buddy Rich didn't use double bass. (I'm being finicky, I know...)
I'm more or less the groove machine. What you played is essentially all my tom grooves put together.
#16 Epic Etude was Hilarious!!😅😂😂🤣
