  • In this Azerbaijan travel vlog, we explored the city of Sheki and a village just outside, Kich (or Kis or Kish village). We loved the small mountain village landscapes, the towering southern caucasus mountains and the endless greenery even in the peak of summer. And there we saw an Albanian Church and explored the old town's alleyways before returning to Sheki city to visit the Khan's Palace and Caravansaray. Watch this Sheki travel vlog!

    i noticed that honeybee/bumblebee pestering around your jam/jellly bowl while u were having tea.
    If i were u i would aggressively split the tea check/bill with it.
    how the hell were u so calm, i wud freak the fug out.
    Also Shoutout to the guy at 8:18 stating "Rajeev Gandhi Indira Gandhi", these guys are truely stuck in the past.

      Absolutely! Central Asia and the Caucasus are definitely like a Time Machine.
      We're also very terrified of bees but these guys were so interested in the jams, that we decided to just be to ourselves and vlog 😅

    Hello - is there a way to go from baku to sheki via private taxi ? How much will it cost both ways ? Do you have any suggestions or contacts ?

    • @TheBackpacksters
      @TheBackpacksters  8 місяців тому

      Hello! We're not sure how much a taxi ride costs, but its very easy to find/arrange for one. Once you are in Baku, any hotel/hostel can help you find one. We don't have a contact, but if you're able to, the bus is convenient too!

    How can we travel here from Baku?

    • @TheBackpacksters
      @TheBackpacksters  5 місяців тому

      You can easily catch a bus from the Baku bus terminal to Sheki. You can also find many taxi drivers willing to drive up there. But the bus is way cheaper and very convenient.
