In India Trademark Registration is not Mandatory, however there are certain advantages and benefits of Trademark registration that cannot be left undiscussed.
In this current Atmosphere of Startups, it is necessary for them to understand the various nuances of trademark registration.
In the other part of the video I will be discussing with the technicalities involved in registration of trademark and the procedure of registration Along with the Recent developments in Trademark Law.
