    Agree my dear, symptoms should be listened to. The tests are coming up negative for Covid the the virus load builds up. We get frustrated not being able to travel but who wants to be sick away in a hotel and think about all the people you expose traveling! Thank you for recipe and method. The late great essayist Joan Didion was unable to eat after her husband’s sudden death and her daughter tragically dying soon after. Her friends brought her congee to nurse her back to health. It helped because she was able to write two beautiful, powerful books about that experience.

      Hi there, there really isn't a detailed recipe per say. The most important thing is the rice to water ratio, and ought to be 1:7-10
      The meat and veggies can all be eyed ball :)
