    Aristides prove to the guitarist universe that tone is really comes from amplifiers, pickups, pedal/effects/digital interface, and decent anything solid material. They chose Arium, while some people choose shovel or building wall + nails.

    • @christianlarsson2038
      @christianlarsson2038 3 роки тому +11

      They didn't 'choose' Arium, they developed it, with plenty of prototype materials, specifically to be as vibrating and wood-like as possible in order to generate excellent tone and sustain while at the same time being stable.

    Hey Robert, I am considering a Fender Custom shop tele or actually the aristides tele -- the idea of a eco-friendly guitar is awesome. That said, curious on your thoughts between Aristides vs wood guitars in regards to the clean and break up-tone warmth of wood. Can the Aristides do this or is it more of a sterile guitar that is good for cutting gain tones? In other words, would you recommend a Richie Kotzen Tele spec'd type tele or Aristides for range of metal to warm cleans?

    Dad rock lol. But seriously, its what the guitar needs, more low gain and clean playing/demo. I've been searching on youtube for like 'aristides blues' or 'aristides clean demo' etc2. Yeah there are some but its from the aristides themself, and its not that many. The rest are just metal and djent. Imo playing the guitar in lower gain or clean is one of the best way to show the guitar capabilities. The high gain is extra, just to show how well the guitar handles high gain.

    That is an 060R. The “R” stands for Raw. It isn’t painted, the color is put in the mold. Even though they are a bit less expensive they are even more resonant than the painted series and the neck feels like silk. If that’s the 060R that was touring the US, I’ve played it when I visited the factory. Back then the Raws were a secret and I was blown away.

    Sometimes, you get what you pay for. This kinda looks like one of those times. I'd really be interested in you playing it vs some of the other stuff you have that you feel makes for great tones. Just some candid reaction on your part would be cool as you seem to be extremely transparent with your opinion.
