- We’re at it again! We’ve purchased the Tesloid Model Y tent and air mattress and are trying it out! While we really enjoyed our diy tent modification we were excited to find this Model Y specific tent and air mattress. We drove to Moss Park in Orlando for a quick one night stay, and really enjoyed the park.

What if you close the back side doors on the tank? That way no gaps. Will that work?
Nice video! I have also bought this tent, but I have trouble to fold it back to original packaging(I have watched the video sent from Tesloid). Is it possible you could make a video about folding from the start(when the tent stands) 😂
We can make a video, but it may be a little while… we’ve both been very busy at work, but want to open it back up before our next trip. Maybe well make a quick side video on just folding it!
Would a queen blow-up mattress fit in that tent? Researching best Model Y Trunk tent that will fit a queen blow-up mattress and this + magnets (like you said) seems like the best
Hey Tyler, yes I think a queen would fit in this tent, it would probably take up 95% of your tent floor space but you’d be comfy! You could always use the tesla for item storage while you sleep. Thanks for watching!

We did receive a video from them, but it wasn’t very helpful. We just got it back into its bag again and wanted to try and video the process, but its still not all the way in there yet. We’ll reach out to the company again to see if there’s an updated video.

It rained on and off the night we tested it and while it wasn’t close to being a storm, we were dry all night long. The sides zip up tight enough to stop any rain from coming in!

again, the gap is fixed if you use the straps correctly. We chose to use a magnetic strip for the seal to really test the ability to keep the tent temperature controlled and had great success.
@@themobleyminute1951 They seems to have the gap on their official website and they also mentioned it's not bug free (very likely due to the gap). But your magnetic strip trick should work. Just wondering where to buy some strong magnetic strips.
