happycurlhappygirl I’m soon to follow 🤣 I just got back from the club n am eating the curry I made earlier but I really like your vlogs but I really HATE Starbucks lmao and I see u doing the lil switch up I do it too 😂 depending on who I’m interacting with my vocals go one way or the other hahaha I love your curls mine are so not like that they r just a frizz puff but in the back they are super defined 4aish the front no real curl pattern I would say a 4c but super fine I don’t believe it’s from heat training because I flat iron my whole head it’s just two very different curl patterns idk what to do to get the front to look sleek n nice the way the back does

Love the 9-row Denman for the same reason - I get more clumps of defined curls. And I can always remove some rows if I want to turn it into a 7 or 5 row brush.

I have a Denman but I dont use it. I've been strictly using my fingers. I really want to try the Felicia Leatherwood but I dont know if it's good for thin, fine hair.

What do you do to keep the wetline from flaking your hair? No matter what leave in I use or even without a leave in, it still flakes day 2 of my wash and go

Girl, I need HELP and I think you’re the one! Two plus years of lockdown and zoom meetings (camera off) has left my hair looking and FEELING a mess. Single strand knots. Dryness. Frizz!! Just dusty looking and dry feeling. I usually use a mix of leave in condish and curling custard. I’m sure that a gel (I recently bought pattern gel) would give me higher shine but I don’t want to dry my hair out even more. I’ve never tried the wet line and I don’t use Ecco styler because it’s so so heavy that my curls fall asleep. Okay, enough complaining. I have every product under the sun, at every price point so I can try anything you recommend. What would you try first for hair that’s 4a-ish, 3c in places, super fine and delicate, but also dense?? I have a LOT of hair but each strand is so fine I need to talk very gently to it, lest it quit me and run away. I’ll try any combo you recommend and will not blame you if it

Hey I found a new trick. Remove a row or two from your denman brush to prevent snagging! I took out a row in my brush and it worked wonders. Feel better! Enjoying vlogmas! 😁😍

I’m lazy I only shingle in the front still gives great results tho lol
It makes sense because you can make a different shape by doing that as well. Because shingling will have your hair extra shrunken and raking elongates the hair.
