I want a wall! I'd like to integrate it with my PC to use when playing video games, and with flight simulators, racing games, etc. And, that's just for starters. I'm sure I'd find quite a few applications for this technology... all of them fun.
Sorry and all that... THIS IS NOT A HOLOGRAM! It is a 2D image apparently suspended in mid-air. There is no parallax. There is no impression of solidity. All they have done is make the screen itself invisible. Quite an achievement, and visually stunning, but *not a hologram*.
Mr. Engineer, I bought a 3D hologram fan, and now it is out of order. I asked several people who repair electronics. They said that the microcontroller is burnt and needs to be programmed. Do 3D hologram fans need to be coded, and how can I get this code? And the company I bought does not provide any service and is not responsive
Well if you show just TV programs on it, then yes. But if you use a proper black screen to your image then no, it does appear to float in mid air in 3 dimensions.
@@JB-yb4wn I don't think is possible to show images in 3 dimensions if the device does not generate depth. This is a transparent 2D display that floats in the air
@@bazem It generates depth as far as your eyes are concerned. However the technology is being replaced by racks and transparent thin screens, this stuff is a novelty. By the way, this was TV as it was envisioned by Baird back in the 30's. So this is very old technology but the advent of computerization has carried this old tech as far as it can go.
Now ask Avatar to be made for these holodisplay which cost $30-60 per disc it would be biggest achievement any scifi ppl could make in futuristic history.
Imagine playing CSGO, if it was complete ofcourse, that it could actually render everything that quickly. But imagine playing a game in such a display. People would be shit scared when it comes to facing the enemy right in front of you

come on man lets be honest here, you want it for Porn, like we all do.
@Scott Cannon the approval process is troublesome and uploading the video to the device is troublesome too 🤦🏻♂️
@Sharon Thompson
Well these guys are a bit slow on the uptake. I have purchased nothing but wifi 3d fans.
this is progress, i really hope advanced holographic tv will be everywhere by 2025 - 2030
For It to be truly 3d hey would need to put more fans in parallel to each other so that you could display in front and behind the image.
The usual way is to use a spinning helix.
Well , I wonder how disappointed people will be if they try to touch the hologram
I would assume the same if they tried to touch any hologram
They would definitely feel these ones. Might even loose a finger!
there is another story I came across of a laser line hologram that you can touch and you can feel it
eeeeeeeeeeeyyyy hahaha

Looks cool, but don't all these propellers make quite a lot of noise ?
Probably, but when the visual effect outdoes any noise , who cares ?

Its one of the best holographic effects we have up to now.
this needs to be implimented in parallax to give depth! that would be awesome.
very cool looking, I wonder how long until arcade games have this

Is it possible to record people in a video file and then watch them back with these devices?
i suppose so?
It was said that they are capable of projecting any video, so yeah, but instead of greenscreen you will need blackscreen
To think a hundred years ago, mechanical television was on the way out.
Is KORG the commentator on this video.. Ur Voice just got a bit deeper 😂
One of the supervisors where I work has a similar model fan that looks exactly like that. It isn't any more holographic than a flat panel TV.

How much it cost
Can we use this for club events?
I wonder if they're gonna use this technology to make a 3D tv that u don't need 3D glasses to see the 3D. That would be neat!

The thing about Holograms; You just gotta be there.
yes I know, it's like trying to show off a 3D Movie without the glasses.

I seriously doubt whether princess Leia would buy into a mid-air suspended pimped up meat grinder.
