These are hands down the best homemade fudgy brownies! Trust me, you'll never again buy a box mix or pre-made brownies! They're fudgy in the middle and packed full of chocolate flavor. Actually, it’s chocolate stacked on chocolate! Super easy, maybe just as easy as a box. You’ll be glad you made these!

    ------------------------------
    INGREDIENTS
    - 1/2 cup butter
    - 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
    - 3/4 cup flour
    - 1 cup sugar
    - 2 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa
    - 1 tsp espresso powder
    - 1/2 tsp salt
    - 2 eggs
    - 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    - 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, roughly chopped
    - 4 oz milk chocolate, roughly chopped
    INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 baking pan. Line with parchment to fit the bottom of the pan and overhang the sides. Grease parchment and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped bittersweet chocolate and butter. Microwave in 30-second increments until the butter and chocolate are melted and combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, espresso powder, and salt. Whisk to combine. Add eggs and vanilla to the melted chocolate, whisking to combine.
Add the eggs and chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients. Whisk or fold until only a few dry streaks remain. Do not over mix the batter or the brownies could become tough. Add chopped semi-sweet and milk chocolate. Fold to incorporate.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread to an even layer. Place in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. The edges will become set but the center will slightly jiggle. Do not overbake! If the center is completely set when you pull the brownies out, they will be dry and have less flavor!
Let cool completely in the pan for two hours. Remove brownies using parchment sling and slice.

I saw this, grabbed all the ingredients (which I fortunately had on hand), added pecans and made these oh-so-good brownies. Box brownies, you are dead to me now.

We celebrated valentine's a day late. I'm taking care of my daughter after surgery and my 2 granddaughters 5 and 10 months. My granddaughter and I made this recipe together. My husband brought dinner over and we enjoyed this chocolate BOMB together. So freaking amazing. This will be our "go to" brownie recipe. So special. Thank you, Kaleb.

The expresso and the vanilla wakes up the cocoa/chocolate and give you that rich chocolate flavor you need

Very delicious recipe. ...After watching your videos I always go back and re-watch your introductions at the beginnings. You have such a smooth natural manner to launch into each new video. Some video hosts also do great jobs with launching their videos using jokes or images or surprise peeks into what waits farther into their videos. I, personally, would find launching a video introduction to be a challenge...my nerves would rattle a bit. ...Hey. You're proving to be such a fun host with outstanding videos. I'm glad your videos popped up as a suggestion. After watching a few I just had to subscribe. All of us out here appreciate your efforts.

I tried to put together some thumbprint raspberry filled almond flour cookies. This was a simple recipe. No eggs, sugar, extra maple syrup, a bit of vanilla. Molding this together was a lot of work. Warming it your hands like working with dry crumbly Play-Doh.😳 Came out pretty with the jam cooked on top (the jam was holding the cookie together.) They were soooo dry they made my dogs gag and spit them out🥺 This recipe could have not have been a tried recipe!

I HATE box brownies! Yes, they are super easy but the taste is nowhere near homemade, so for me it's not worth it. Like you said, if you are going to indulge, it might as well be good! And 9 out of 10 times it's not that much harder to make on your own. Going to try this recipe for Valentines 😍

Ok....I have bubbles in my mouth❣ Love that fudgy gooey brownie not cakey. I may just have to make these in my cast iron frying pan and top with vanilla ice cream and homeade fudge sauce and a couple of spoons to share. 💘💌💘

I must have an overly sensitive palate. I can always taste the under note of coffee in something like this. I’m one of the odd ones that can’t stand the taste of coffee. I’m the same with coconut too 🤦🏻‍♀️

I made these exactly as you directed and they came out delicious but greasy, oil (butter) pooled on the top. I used Irish butter, perhaps that's the culprit? Too high fat content? Anyway, I love your videos.
