Hi chef..im from malaysia...can i ask...how many day we can keep already cooked lod chong...wht method we can use to keep it fresh...should we put in refrigerator or in room tempreture...or better we just keep it dry uncooked
Yes better store uncooked in the fridge and blanch when ready to serve ☺️
