The Boeing 747 is the best aircraft ever made in the world....no aircraft in our generation will beat this legendary aircraft qualities and record......
As my channel reaches an amazing 1 Million views and with almost 400 videos uploaded, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those who have supported me and given me great advice and tips over the past 3 years. If you have seen only one video or are a regular fan, you have my appreciation for taking a few moments of your life and enjoying my work. Thank you.
The 747 is one beautiful aircraft. Sad to see them slowly fading away
This Video touches my heart ive been fly the thing for 20 years.
Here's the rest of the fleet (With G-BNLY once more)

I love BA 747's.
What an amazing video mate!! The BA 747 looks so awesome!! Great special for this epic plane!! Thanks for making and sharing from it!! Huge liked!!
Thanks jelmer, I'm so glad you enjoyed it, 3 years of hard work wrapped up in 40 mins of BA Jumbo heaven. Cheers
The Boeing 747 has such a majestic shape and look. Beautiful beast.
Very Beautiful
Dark Reality she was The Queen Of The Skies not the beast thanks!!!
Harvir Sahota she still is and will always be the Queen
Great video....kinda sad to watch. Keep up the amazing work MrFlashJet.
Thanks Anthony, glad you enjoyed it.
This honestly has to be my favourite video of 747's on UA-cam! Absolutely SUPERB. Enjoyed it from start to finish!!!! Nice one!
Ditto!!!! there are 747 videos...and then there is this one!!!
Who else wants BA to repaint all their planes to Landor livery?
Nice One World livery for British Airways
nice
The mith of 747... Tks and bye e bye Boeing From glorius years
one love.
Nice, nice, nice. My local airport.
3 aircrafts make me cry when i see them... Saturn 5, Concorde, and THE 747
Beautiful, so pretty British Airways 747s, still hoping for a 747-8 order from them. Lufthansa has both the A380 & 747-8i 😁😁😁😁
Congratulations on the 1 million views. Its a shame that one day there will never be a British Airways 747 at Heathrow. It will be flocked with 777's, 787's,A380's and A350's. Such a shame that at this current moment in time, BA hasn't brought any 748i's.
Keep up the videos. This footage would become priceless one day.
Cheers mini, the 747-8 is now no longer part of BA's plans, with the disposal of the BA Cargo version - Hopefully they will go for the A380-900 super stretch, but it will never be a 747 will it.
MrFlashjet - Heathrow Airport Archive A380-900 super stretch is highly unlikely,as the worldwide demand for A380 is down to ZERO. Airbus has yet to earn its first dollar on A380 investment , they simply can't invest additional billions into a new version !
Excellent.
This is gorgeous, mate! And I do want to thank you for including Speedbird 243, it's the flight that comes to Mexico City to my enjoyment.
This is fantastic!
+Sagar Varma Guerrero Thanks Sagar - Viva 747!
I think the tails invoking the appearance of a flag fluttering in the wind is inspired
Indeed and true collectors item and fine tribute!
BA needs to offer you a free F ticket to visit the destination of your choice for this great promo clip! Or should I say,,,,hour of TV!
I'm owed, I'm owed! My epic Virgin, Delta, United and BA -- I'm racking up the free miles!! Thanks sb -- Canada next I think.....
Excellent video and added to favorites !! I know this makes no sense, but to me the BA 747's always look bigger than other airlines 747's ...must be going mad !! Anyway superb stuff and many thanks for posting :D
So majestic. Is BA purchasing the 747-8?
The answer sadly is no - BA did have 3 cargo 747-8's but they have now been returned. A350, 787, A380 and probably 777-x will be the future of BA.
wow!!! i'm surprised. Thank you for the update.
MrFlashjet - The Heathrow Airport Archive Makes sense, but I don't think Boeing cares to be in the double-decker market anymore, it's obviously shrinking. I think the per-seat efficiency, and range of smaller jets has increased significantly enough to not need double-deckers anymore. It's less risky if they don't fill the larger jets (without offering special deals). That 777X is going to be amazing.
Great video, real HD. Just one thing, the opening titles is the wing of an Airbus....would have been great if that was a 747-400 wing, that's all.....well done.
I saw my first 747s and A380s today at JFK :D
I hope at least one of these BA queen's go to a museum instead of the breakers ward.
Wohoow! What a stunnng video! Spectacular footage, mate! Amazing you almost got the whole alphabet! Oh, and your video proves that it actually *can* be great weather in the UK, haha! Big like, mate! 36:15 Haha, heard them a lot too indeed when I was at LHR.
Thanks very much, Ha Ha, I should work at the British Tourist Board promoting the UK overseas - The sun ALWAYS shines!! - LOL --- The boys in blue have become a lot more understanding with planespotters over the last few years, as long as you have some form of ID with you they are quite happy to let you film.
MrFlashjet - The Heathrow Airport Archive Yeah, indeed, I hadn't been in trouble with the bobbies in those 3 days I've been hanging around LHR. We even weren't approached by them at all. :) Regarding the sun.. Hm.. Hopefully I'll get a bit more sun next time, cuz these 3 days were like 90% covered in thick clouds.
Nice shot of BNLL - lost in that Jo'burg accident...
Sadly two years left till they become history for BA as the A350's and A380's take their place.... She will be missed immensely from those incredible dedicated pilots and cabin crew along with the general public.
Harvir Sahota only 12 A380s with BA. BA is replacing 747s with A350 and 777X. 787-10 will replace some original 777-200s I believe
Harvir Sahota BA is retiring 747s in 2024
I liked the video since the 747`s came into aviation I fell in love with it,still do.I think that the livery needs touching up though.

anyone knows that ba has any plan to fly the 747-8i. just wish them will replace those old 747 with the even more beautiful 747-8i
RIP BA 747-400 (1989~2020)
damn corona ended their lives 3 years earlier
7 47 HAS BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG TIMKE I DONT THINK THEY WILL BE GONE FOR A VERY LONG TIME.
Since this video's upload, I wonder how many of these birds have been retired.
Such a shame that the last pair have now departed LHR. Also a pity that poor weather meant they couldn’t depart simultaneously, the way they arrived.
they will come back 2019
Still waiting, at least there are 3 retros
Fucking superb! Love this
G-BNLP was retired yesterday 3rd December 2018.
Yes, the years will pass quickly and soon the others will be gone, but they live on in this video! Thanks for watching
I can't see it.
It blocked
British airways are slowly retiring there 744 PIA PAKISTAN SHOULD
TAKE 2 ON LEASE FOR A TEST RUN
What a shame -BNLB was broken up so early.
How long have these 747s got left before they reach there limit they can fly?some of these are 25 years old,if not older,
be gone by 2025
What will happen with all the 747 pilots........?
Theres still going to be around 10 years before the last one goes. The pilots will go onto whatever replacements BA buys, which will be as posted above, the A350, B787 and B777X. I would like to see more 380's, as I'm sure they would be a success on the New York route, which is the worlds busiest from London, but alas, not very successful except for the Emirates ones who are making them profitable.
Cheers..
thx for sharing this video. indeed it is for all those who love 747. i am among one of them and am so obessed with this true beauty of the sky. every feature is so beautifully designed and shaped. the nose, the vertical tail, the butt and the wings. they are so well balanced. she is always my queen of the sky. sad is that most major airlines are retiring her now and the chance for us to see her flying in the blue sky is getting less and less. i just wish that piggy ugly a380 will die sooner and then 747-8i will go like hot pan cakes.
G BBLL is retiring in July 2019
Did you mean G-BNLN?
Pls pls don say that , cause I haven't fly on 747 yet
Yes but airFrance is better
what's so special about this plane?
