I have used Microsoft Clipchamp for one year, and enjoy it very much in producing promotional videos internationally; but I have not used it to produce training videos. As I own a Green Screen, I will now use your video to guide me in becoming proficient in the production of training videos for international staff training, Thank you for your instruction today.
Several months ago I was using Clipchamp to record my gaming videos. I went to make another one a few days ago using the record "screen and camera" option like I always have but after I finished recording and clicked on "save and edit" the web cam recording is there but the screen recording is just black. I can even hear the sound from the screen recording of my game but the video of the screen recording is just black. Both of the recordings show at the bottom on the timeline where you can edit but on the top where it used to play it's just black. What do I need to do? Thank you ahead of time for any advice and or help!
Hello, thanks for a good simple video. However, I have an issue. I do a screen & camera video and when I save it both me on the webcam and what I'm recording on the screen goes into my media. But when I hit play it just shows the webcam on playback and not the screen with me in the lower left corner. Both recordings are on the timeline. New to this so I hope this makes sense and you can tell my why. Thanks in advance, Tim
Hello! I'd suggest accessing the System Settings in Windows and adjusting the input level there. If you're using an audio interface with an external microphone, you should be able to make adjustments in the interface's software.
When you're ready to start editing, position your cursor on the image of you as it appears in the preview screen of the editor. If you right click, there should be an option for "picture in picture". If you hover over the right arrow, you'll see that it gives you the options of 'top left', 'top right', 'bottom left', and 'bottom right'. I hope that helps!

Thanks so much!
Is it possible to set the audio input level before starting recording?

@@valorexcel Ah! Very well thank you very much!
How do you move the video of you around the screen in the editing process?

@@valorexcel Thanks heaps
I used Movie Maker and just want to make videos for myself and friends and DO NOT want to 'attract' others to Subscribe!
I wish you all the best with your video creations!
