Please note that 1. This scatter gram is of Sysmex XN Series which uses Fluoroscence Flow Cytometry (most advanced) and not VCS (Old technology). 2. The Y axis Represents the Side Fluorescence Signal which gives the nucleic acid content of the cell, more immature cell high NA content and bigger the size. 3. Principals of VCS and FFCM are not same (only flow counting is common).
Due to electrical conductivity as normal saline is present in it. ..which can conduct conductivity...buffer is added to maintain ph..to.maintain conductivity
