1.Do not hide your pregnancy news at your work place.
2.Use lift.
3.Be careful on stairs.
4.Do not wear heels.
5.Sit comfortably.
6.Drink lots of water.
7.Use washroom every 2-3 hours.
8.Meditate for 15 minutes.
9.Take rest for every 0.5-1hour.

Is it safe to do night shift job on laptop from 6pm to 4 am
Mam my daughter is working in a derma company in the quality control lab. She has to work with solvents and chemicals. Recently she after two miscarriages in ivf treatment one because of chromosomal factor and recently unknown cause. She left her job as she thought first time might be the cause. But it was chromosomal factor. She works with solvents and chemicals is there any risk due to pregnancy if she conceives again. Please reply mam. We are in a traumatic condition. She is undergoing ivf treatment
