Mam one thing that I want to know; does Painful and Painless Vaccines have the same amount of injectable fluid? If the amount of injectable fluid is different, can the amount of antigen in the body also be different in the case of painless and painful vaccines?
In AP vaccine in India only 2, 3 purtosis antigen is there in foreign country 5 component vaccines is available on other side WP have 3000+ antigen that is why in some cases fever will happen and that fever can control with paracetamol syp

Kindly tell me which vaccination o should take into consider for him..as he was delivered from PGI so records are difficult to find..
He had meseals and typhoid at 5 or 6 age..as both were not available at PGI

Hi Doctor, Very useful information.
My kid 6th week vaccination completed at government healthcare center, there they given Pentavac vaccine which is painful vaccine.
We are planning to switch to private hospital vaccines, so can we take hexaxim vaccine which is painless to my kid at 10th and 14th weeks ? Please suggest us.
No ..... You can't switch ..... After first dose you have to give same one (pentavac) for other doses also. We gave Hexaxim to our baby yesterday ( pvt not government for this reason)

mam mare beta 20 montha ka ho gya hai jab wo 11 month ka tha tab usko bukhar aane par fits aaye the 4 baar aa gaye fr uska eeg aur mri karwaya to kuch prob ni hue uske bhad humne bache ka bahut khayal rakha hai taki usko infection na ho aur usko bukhar na ho yh wo ab usko bukhar aaye 5 ya 6 mahine ho gaye so usko fits bhi ni aaye but ab uska injection lagwana hai so main dar chuka hoon ki yh na ho bukhar ho aur usko fits pad jaye so pain less kisi ne bataya but main dar raha hoon he is phisicall fit now but ab kya karoon bata sakte ho pls
