@Golladan for modern yugioh it's honestly not that bad especially from a side set where there's less hits per box and anything meta defying is in massive demand and with a smaller supply it's just inevitable until people shift to other strategies. Centurion was just as expensive on release, vanquish soul was far more expensive. Purrely over time after it got more support in a following set all the card from the side sets shot up because there's way less supply. And until konami models are boxes like the ocg with good cards being available in multiple raritys this is going to continue to be the trend.

That’s not quite what tier 0 means. It is however still a bad thing. It’s like a Royal Rumble of multiple tier 1 decks that super out perform everything else by major leaps. Which given the already supercharged card pull we have gotten since POTE is a very dangerous thing

actually Kaimen being hit is already happened in the event on the same month that they released Tenpai in MD same with Sangan so it's a possibility that they might use that banlist on official ladder once Tenpai is out from the shop

Like @stern said, theres no way they hit tenpai reasonably anytime soon. The MD card pack just expired, so it is very expensive to make this deck with only gems. It is very likely that komoney will milk the remaining players with this setup for a few months

Tcg banlists always been a business where they hit the tier 0 or best deck after like 3 formats just to release a new one for people to go and buy same thing happened last year where they completely killed tear just for them to release kashtira and make everyone buy it now the same this year they kill snake eye when it was already kinda dead anyway just to sell reyzeal and maliss.
I think any card that makes your monsters immune to interaction is garbo design. Tenpai is cooler w/o that bullshit in its field spell, should have been at least make just synchro fire dragons to be immune or erase the search effect and it would be fairer.

While I’m not gonna defend Konami on 99% of things don’t blame the TCG for dealing with the problems the OCG forced upon them. A lot of cards need to go for the game to be any semblance of playable. If you don’t want your cards to be unusable in an official format then stop buying up strongly tiered decks. Because you KNOW they are gonna be hit. Some things come out of left field but this one is really on you.

tbh I don't care much for tenpai, I made it so I could try it out since I don't play paper an it was alright at first but weeks later an its still being played heavily everywhere across all ranks, Kinda tire of it tbh I'm ready for it to get hit for all I care they can limit the spell an chundra to 1 long as I get some UR dust back from it idc. only cards I'm still waiting on are Varudras an may be the ryzeal stuff.
I'm happy that they finally made my favorite, Yubel, good this year. But, I'm so sad that they will eventually end up limiting and/or banning half of the deck
Generally you sell after your last ycs or regionals leading to banlist. It keeps people from playing the same okd deck. But lets be clear its not konami who adjusts prices their boxes cost the same per set regardless of whats in it. Its secondary sellers or players who jack up prices.

I finally have a slot free in yubel yes it lowering your power but opens up for something else and that has yet to be found 🤷🏼 and opening on 3 adds a little consistency for the loss of power I’m ok with that balancing
@@kimjung-un8204 An incredibly obnoxious lock that is solely enabled because of Sanctifire. It turns cards that are intended as self locks into opponent locks. Banning prevents a problematic lock which is always good regardless of power level
I doubt they'll ban the Tenpais, Master Duel wants as many decks viable as possible, that's why Spright Elf, Kitkallos, and Ariseheart are still legal, they may get limited or semi limited though.
They wont hit tenpai properly until they released a new p2w card pack that can replace tenpai. My guess is fiendsmith release, then they will hit tenpai to make fiendsmith look more desirable

@anthonysutton2359 it is unfortunately a brain dead deck. If we call tenpai what it is, it's a handtrap deck with a tenpai engine with broken interaction floodgates. It can stop the turn 1 player very consistently, and then proceed to stop all interactions they have in turn 2. The issue is, it's probably the only way now for turn 2 strategies to actually be viable.

You can’t really complain about it being dealt with properly. Chundra and Kaisen was absolutely 100% necessary unlike a lot of these hits

OSS doesn’t necessarily meant as a snake eyes hit. OSS is such a problematic card splashed into so many decks and piles. The problem isn’t the OSS hit it’s them limiting Poplar last banlist. TCG has a habit of not planning their hits they are very reactive so sometimes they hit the unproblematic card it isn’t good enough so then they hit problematic card but it ends up being excessive because of the previous smaller hits. But you were a meta sheep and were punished with a balance patch that’s every game. Don’t be a meta sheep if you don’t like it

The deck has fallen off the meta because of tenpai and the prevalence of RitualBeast.They lose to board breakers and S/T dependent decks. Tenpai is just okay. It's supposed to have a good chance at winning going second. We don't have terraforming, so the deck is good how it is. I want people to keep using Tenpai. I have a crazy good win rate against them. A lot of times, one or two disruptions stops everything. Tenpai is EZ work.

Excluding the brand new cards which they can’t hit it was a top performing deck. Regarding SE and Tenpai it seems to me the issue is actually previous banlists. They tried different smaller bits previously but instead of hitting the problem cards they hit the less problematic ones. And of course when that doesn’t work they hit the problem cards but don’t reverse the last hits. OSS, Chandra, and Kaisen all make perfect sense hit wise. Regardless you don’t get to play a top tier problematic deck and complain when it gets hit

My only problem with hitting tenpai is thst they need to have more turn 2 deck like it. Turn one decks with the 10 negates/disruptions are cringe.

tbh I don't care much for tenpai, I made it so I could try it out since I don't play paper an it was alright at first but weeks later an its still being played heavily everywhere across all ranks, Kinda tire of it tbh I'm ready for it to get hit for all I care they can limit the spell an chundra to 1 long as I get some UR dust back from it idc. only cards I'm still waiting on are Varudras an may be the ryzeal stuff.
I'm happy that they finally made my favorite, Yubel, good this year. But, I'm so sad that they will eventually end up limiting and/or banning half of the deck

The problem is Konami using mobile gamba tactics for a phsycal game. Literally exploitation of FOMO from their customers.
Generally you sell after your last ycs or regionals leading to banlist. It keeps people from playing the same okd deck. But lets be clear its not konami who adjusts prices their boxes cost the same per set regardless of whats in it. Its secondary sellers or players who jack up prices.

They actually deal with their problems instead of just letting them stack up and multiply. @@kimjung-un8204 An incredibly obnoxious lock that is solely enabled because of Sanctifire. It turns cards that are intended as self locks into opponent locks. Banning prevents a problematic lock which is always good regardless of power level

I doubt they'll ban the Tenpais, Master Duel wants as many decks viable as possible, that's why Spright Elf, Kitkallos, and Ariseheart are still legal, they may get limited or semi limited though.
They wont hit tenpai properly until they released a new p2w card pack that can replace tenpai. My guess is fiendsmith release, then they will hit tenpai to make fiendsmith look more desirable

@anthonysutton2359 it is unfortunately a brain dead deck. If we call tenpai what it is, it's a handtrap deck with a tenpai engine with broken interaction floodgates. It can stop the turn 1 player very consistently, and then proceed to stop all interactions they have in turn 2. The issue is, it's probably the only way now for turn 2 strategies to actually be viable.

@@CookieTime_ They only hit summoning previously. Which summoning to 1 hardly matters. It was the highest tier of deck that’s been causing problems for many months now. You can’t really complain about it being dealt with properly. Chundra and Kaisen was absolutely 100% necessary unlike a lot of these hits

I cant wait for them to release the spell win game. Just for said spell to get banned a year later after alot of people spent 400$. And then they will release win game but faster. Then that card will get banned and the old one will be unbanned.

I feel if you show more of your raw real reactions live once’s to ban lists, and things related to master duel or TCG or OCG and not just have it as video with all decks build open, websites open looking like you have 1000 word script in front of you be cool!!! I’m sure takes lot of prep in order have everything needed do these videos, but maybe few raw live reaction videos on this channel be very nice to see. OSS doesn’t necessarily meant as a snake eyes hit. OSS is such a problematic card splashed into so many decks and piles. The problem isn’t the OSS hit it’s them limiting Poplar last banlist. TCG has a habit of not planning their hits they are very reactive so sometimes they hit the unproblematic card it isn’t good enough so then they hit problematic card but it ends up being excessive because of the previous smaller hits.
But you were a meta sheep and were punished with a balance patch that’s every game. Don’t be a meta sheep if you don’t like it
This is why I refuse to grind gems in master duel. What’s the point of grinding gems to get powerful cards if they are slated to get banned or limited any ways?

Agree with everything you said but Rescue-ace doesn't deserve your hate. The deck has fallen off the meta because of tenpai and the prevalence of RitualBeast.They lose to board breakers and S/T dependent decks. Heck even melodious solo into aria stops their entire turn 1board disruptions since all of their disruptions are targeting,.

Tenpai is just okay. It's supposed to have a good chance at winning going second. We don't have terraforming, so the deck is good how it is.
I want people to keep using Tenpai. I have a crazy good win rate against them. A lot of times, one or two disruptions stops everything.
Tenpai is EZ work.
That's why in some Tournaments the Top 4 at least is always Tenpai. I dont get how noone seems to wanna counter them when they are so prevailant.

Those hits are hard now tenpai have so little extender, negate normal summon and they mostly likely have nothing next or at best 1 extender

Individually these were fine banlists but combined it was excessive I agree. That said you are also partially to blame for picking up a clearly broken deck that was gonna get hit. @@FrostReave i was using it as an engine because i like the diabellstar cards, i care little about the meta. I was playing Snake-eye Vanquish soul. It was rogue at best, and it was realy good against meta threats. I wasnt playing snake eyes with a gazillion handtraps like most did, and still do with other decks. But why do i have to explain you anything, you are just another komoney pay piggy.

Yubel didnt win that much ycs compare to other broken decks and don’t forget you playing with level 10 bricks and snake eyes didn’t even top this event and was already hit, I’m not against hitting broken decks either but not to the point to make them unplayable, so they force you to buy another competitive deck every time.
@@hamzarhaddioui4831 First of all a deck doesn’t need to be the top of tier 1 to be hit it might not have been the best but it was still a problem. Excluding the brand new cards which they can’t hit it was a top performing deck.
Regarding SE and Tenpai it seems to me the issue is actually previous banlists. They tried different smaller bits previously but instead of hitting the problem cards they hit the less problematic ones. And of course when that doesn’t work they hit the problem cards but don’t reverse the last hits. OSS, Chandra, and Kaisen all make perfect sense hit wise.
Regardless you don’t get to play a top tier problematic deck and complain when it gets hit
