I work part-time as a freelancer in a music studio editing sounds, an interpreter for the deaf, can lip read (years of practice) and I use it to help police when they can't figure out what a person is saying in a video among other things. The way a person speaks is different when there is sound behind it and different when a person mimes because there is no sound to it even if their lips are synced to the words. I can always tell. It is difficult to tell if you don't know what you looking for but let me tell you one thing the sound is coming from everywhere, everywhere except her mouth. Edit At 1:22 she says "its easier to say" but her mouth and lips are closed and yet the constants and vowels sounds are perfectly undistorted" Her mouth is not even open when the words came out.
