  • This is a beginner abs workout program. It consists of stretcing abs exercises which are effective to tighten your waist. Every movements work on abdominal muscles. In other words, you can put pressure on your abs while doing these stretch exercises. There is no hard exercise so you can train your abs easily at home without any equipments.
